History of TulAmmo 9mm Ammo
Why Buy Tulammo 9mm?
Established in 1880 by Tsar Alexander II, Tula Ammunition (or Tulammo) is one of Russia’s oldest ammo plants still making ammunition today. Tula produced ammunition for the Russian army through both world wars and now provides low-cost ammo to North America and most of Europe.
Developed in 1901 by Georg Luger, the 9x19 mm Parabellum is the longest serving military cartridge in history. It is also one of the most popular handgun rounds worldwide, used by law enforcement agencies and civilian CCW permit holders alike.
The most important thing to remember about Tulammo 9mm is that it is cheap. This means that it’s great when you want to buy bulk 9mm ammo as the price is easier to swallow. The more you get to the range and shoot, the more honed your marksmanship skills will be and Tula 9mm ammo allows you to get to the range more often.
One of the best aspects of the 9mm ammo Tula produces is that it is easy to buy in bulk. This means that you can really get a lot of ammo to stockpile and this drives your cost per round down. A lower cost 9mm Tulammo is always a good thing, and this is one of the benefits of buying a spam can or 9mm bulk pack.
However, the biggest downside to Tula 9mm is that it is steel cased and Berdan primed. This means the Tulammo 9mm cases are not reloadable. However, if you’re looking for a round that is incredibly inexpensive and goes bang every time, Tulammo 9mm is a great choice. Modern semi-automatic pistols like the Glock 17, M&P 9, and Sig Sauer P365 should have no problem feeding and extracting Tula 9mm.
How Can You Save Money Buying Tulammo 9mm?
Here at Ammo.com we do everything we can to ensure that your cost per round is as low as possible to keep your favorite 9mm semi-auto handguns full of Tulammo 9mm. With ammo shortages looming on the horizon, the best thing you can do is make sure you load up on all the best Tula 9mm ammo you can get your hands on. And we can help you with that!
The best way to save money when you’re stocking up for your favorite 9mm firearms is by purchasing bulk Tula 9mm. Although the upfront costs are higher, the cost per round is lower. This way, you’re actually saving money every time you hit the range.
The 9mm was made for mass production and high shooting volume, this helps keep the Tulammo 9mm price as low as possible. Buying Tula 9mm in bulk helps save you money in the long run while keeping your marksmanship skills sharp for any self-defense situation.

I shoot this stuff all the time and it runs FLAWLESSLY for me. I am a re-loader but, as long as I can get 9mm at $0.18 ~ $0.21 I am going to use this. Thanks Tulammo!

Bought an order of 900 and it came in a large spam can with no tool. Took a while using a screwdriver and mallet to chisel the thing open. Also wished I knew that indoor ranges wouldn't let me shoot steel cased ammo beforehand though I was lucky to find an outdoor range nearby. On 3 different days of shooting 100 rounds each time had a single casing fail to eject from my Taurus G2C. Thought it was something wrong with my gun but everyone at the range says steel case tends to do that. Overall I enjoy using it though I will get brass case next time.

the ammo itself is great. no issues. just make sure your range allows steel ammo before ordering this. any range near me wont let me use it. there are places i can use it so ill get through it eventually, but i wish id got brass stuff instead.

I ordered a 1,000 round case of 9mm. I've shot about 800 rounds of it. A lot of it through my Ruger Blackhawk convertible and some through my xd . Not one single misfire and no problems of any kind. It's good stuff at a great price.

I was very happy with the results as I have never used this particular ammo before. No problems with it at all. I am also very happy with the service I received from ammo.com. This was my 2nd order with them and I will be back to order more in the future. Super fast delivery and excellent customer service and terrific prices. What more could one ask for?

I've run at least 500 rounds through a Springfield XD 9 with zero issues. Cleaner than other ammo around this price. I would recommend it to a friend.

it was a fair price. However I have shot 450 rounds so far through my EAA Witness 9mm and every single magazine had at least 5 or 6 rounds jam and get hung up. I tried other types of ammo but only experienced the problem with Tul Ammo.

When I received the ammo it came in a regular box without any markings, the UPS driver asked if it was ammo due the weight. It was great to shoot with my fns 9mm, no problems at all. Later while cleaning my gun I had very little residue that I didn't need to clean it. I will guy from ammo.com again. Thanks

I have a Ruger SR9C & had no problem with the ammo. Some people said it left their guns dirty but I really didn't see much difference between it & other ammo, but I enjoy cleaning my guns anyway.

Have fired a couple thousand rounds of this ammo and it is great stuff. All fired from a Glock without any malfunctions. I bought it when it was cheaper per 1k rounds so the price has really soared. Still looks like the best 9mm value on ammo.com at the moment.

I picked up 6 boxes of this for my Glock 17. Seeing as how their .45 ammo runs through my Glock 21 with zero problems. This ammo had about 5 failure to fires, 2 or 3 failure to ejects, and due to failed ejection failure to feed. All failures were within less than 150 rounds.1 spent casing was stuck in my barrel and it took me over 20 minutes to get it out. Not to mention inconsistent muzzle flash. I'm really hoping I just got a bad run of ammo, but I CANNOT recommend their 9mm ammunition.

Don’t let anyone tell you this stuff isn’t awesome. I can connect with steel at 200 yards with this out of my Beretta 92x. 5 out of 7 shots, just like that, nothing to it. The ammo is accurate and reliable. A few light primer strikes now and again, but run a double action and just pull the trigger again.

I shoot this stuff all the time at the range, runs great in my Steyr L9, but definitely NOT in my Taurus G2c. The steelcase ammo eventually sticks in the Taurus, fortunately after discharging. My friendly neighborhood gunsmith showed me how to clear it, with a mallet and short length of dowel. So no Tula in that gun. But hey, the Steyr is my fave, and Steyrs have a rep for running sketchy ammo without a hitch.

I finally got time to go out and shoot this ammo, I had a few problems with my old Stallard arm's Maverick JS 9mm, but have had the same with most ammo. With my other 9MM I found that not only the Ammo was great BUT it is only as Accurate as the Shooter, Great Ammo, Great value well worth the price!
