Several U.S. states provide rights to their residents regarding accessing and deleting their personal information. These rights are only available to consumers. They do not apply when people are acting in a commercial or employment capacity.

If you live in one of these states, you may have the following rights:

We do not conduct any selling or targeting advertising with your personal information or use your personal information for specific types of profiling. As a result, we do not offer any right to opt out of these activities.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights described above by submitting a written request to us. We have established two methods for you to submit your request. The fastest and easiest option is to complete the form at https://ammo.com/consumer-data-request. You may also email us at privacy@ammo.com. If you do not send us a power of attorney, you may be required to provide commercially reasonable identification of your identity and evidence of the agent’s authority to act on your behalf.
