I've faced numerous jams while using my handguns with this ammunition and at one point I literally had to use a ramrod to remove the casing that got stuck in the barrel. I've never faced such issue with any other rounds I've used.

  • Branden said:

Ammo performed exactly as expected round after round. I usually take 300 rounds with me to the range ever trip and have had no jams or other malfunctions.

  • Ak47 said:

    Was very happy with everything

  • Will said:

This isn't the first time I've bought magtech steel ammo. I've bought it many times before. Great price, shoots great, great ammo for target practice. I've shot around 10,000 rounds of this ammo and haven't had any problems with it.

  • Carlos said:

Wouldnt buy again kept having issues ejecting the casing with multiple guns tried a different ammo and they would work perfect

  • Bullseye said:

    No failures whatsoever. Good accuracy.

  • BobFLA said:

    Shoots reliably

  • Nechko said:

Magtech. At first i didn't know nothing about it so I did a research and find out, some good words about company and ammo as well. Took their word for it and order some 9mm steel casing (19mm).Send 700 rounds down the range from 3 diferent guns but as always my Beretta 92fs took most of the stress. No isues with cycling or ejection of cartridges. This is my second order of magtech 9mm and I couldn't be more happier with it. Ammo works just fine from every aspect. Will be back for more soon. Nothing but respect for Ammo team. Keep up good work.

  • Nice guy said:

I run it through Glock, S&W, Taurus, and my Hellcat Pro, no issues, with comp and OEM barrels.

  • jimmmmmmm said:

Cheap and realitively clean. I've ran 2000 rounds through my pistol with no problems.

  • Nedzad said:

Took 700 rounds of magtech 9mm and 3 different guns but I mostly used Beretta 92FS.Had zero issues. I was prepared to have some case retracting issues(due to steel case) but none happened. Overall I strongly recommend this ammo. Perform way better then expected.

  • Stephen said:

I have shot roughly 2000 rounds and never an issue

This ammo is operates well in my ported, compensated and full length barrels.

  • Vlad said:

I tried different ammo brands (CCI / Blazer, Magtech, Winchester, Federal, etc.) and I always come back to S&B when I have a chance. Prices may vary but it’s reliable, offers consistent quality and performance, and, in my experience, one of the cleanest burning 9mm rounds - highly recommend!

  • T said:

The ammo came fast and I liked how small the boxes are, the only problem I have is my Rost Martin RM1C jams every shot or 2 on these. I tested a box of blazer and had no issues, shot 3 boxes of sellier and was jamming far too often. If you have an RM1C, steer clear.

  • CLL said:

    Great ammo, clean rounds.

  • PeteL said:

I mostly shoot this through my Glocks and Staccatos, never an issue unlike with other brands.

I've been only using g this ammo since I got my first Glock. This is one of the oldest Ammo manufacturers in the world. High quality stuff!!

    Great clean ammo,

  • Butch said:

First few hundred rounds not a single problem of any kind

  • Jersey said:

2000 rounds through a Walther PDP without a single glitch. Seems as clean as Blazer Brass and as reliable. Very tight packaging makes for easier storage/transport, and the bullets are nice and shiny to boot.

Had just purchased a new Glock 49 in 9mm Gun was double feeding first time at the range- solution was to go up to 124 grain from 115 Federal 9 124 - put 300 rounds through without any malfunction so far Ordering this round again -

Received quickly, no jamming or misfires.. surprisingly did very well for ammo purchased online. Will buy again.

    Good buy

  • Noel RN said:

Purchased 200 rounds from ammo.com, smooth transaction. I used it on my Beretta PX4 for target shooting at the range, no hiccups, no malfunction. American Eagle is an excellent ammo. I'm a satisfied customer, will buy again. I just wish the price comes down a little bit in the future.

  • Richard said:

With the millions of rounds of ammo currently in demand......Ammo.com is one place you can count on for your quality ammo, fast delivery, great service and there when you need them!

  • Slim Dav said:

I bought 1000 rounds for a training class and I shot about 600 rounds in that class. I had no problems. I was very pleased.

  • Zippo said:

I bought 250 rounds. I have only shot 50, but have had no feeding or ejection problems. It is at least as accurate as my 56 year-old eyes can shoot and was much cleaner than the cheaper ammo on the market. Like I said, I will buy more as it becomes available.

  • no nickname said:

Purchased this ammo, had never used American Eagle before but knew it was made from Federal which I've never had any issues with. Ammo performed great, no FTF's whatsoever through my Springfield XDM, 100 rounds no problem, will buy again for sure.

I have a Chinese type 56 (SKS copy). TulAmmo is about all I fire out of it. It's inexpensive, powerful, and all around a good buy. The one drawback to it is the fact that steel cased Russian ammo is dirty after the shots go off. I had to spend about an hour cleaning the powder residue and metal fouling from my rifle. But I wouldn't trade that for nothing. Thanks Russia!! You make such great things.

  • SGriffithUSMC said:

Fired 200 rounds pretty quickly through my AK. Not a single misfire or cookoff. With the sky rocketing ammo prices lately I definelty got a really good deal

The round shown here is 9mm NATO which has a muzzle velocity of 1200fps and muzzle energy of 396 ft lbs. Quite a bit more than stated as they must have confused the stats with the non NATO version.

They fire a bit dirty and make your gun dirtier than usual. But, their not as bad as some reviews I've read. Their really not bad ammunition and at a decent value.

Sadly out of the 500 rounds, I’d say I had almost 30 failure to eject issues, not gun related. Switched to blazer and haven’t had any issues with the same regiment.

I was having trouble with other brands of 9MMs. The extractor was unable to remove spent cases so the gun would jam. It would jam every 4th or 5th round. I would have to remove the mag, use a small flathead screw driver to pull back the next live round and shake the gun so the spend case would fall out. I tried three different brands before I bought the Fiocchi rounds. I cycled 150 rounds of Fiocchi 9MMs through my gun yesterday WITHOUT a single jam! Could not be more satisfied with the ammo's performance. Thanks.

Don’t buy this ammo for anything that requires cycling aka semis. It’s crap. I believe it’s under loaded or perhaps the primers are no good. Bought quite a bunch and I can’t use it for anything but practice drills for failures.

Shot about 200 rounds using glock 19, glock 43x and sig p320 no problems at all.

Did a 3 way shootout between Magtech, federal, and PMC, all 124gr. Magtech was in the middle of performance.. not the softest but not as poppy/jumpy as federal.

124 grain for target practise performed very good, I practice at 20 to 75 yards with good accuracy.

Getting 124 grain rounds cheaper or at the price of other brand 115 grain rounds, i say might a well grab these! Went thru 1k rounds way too fast.. i guess time flies when you're having fun! Great product for the price

  • The Greek said:

ammo performed well no miss feeds or failures to go boom. would hope in the future that the packing would include a box with a tray just a thought. not the hottest load ive ever shot but all in all a good target load.

  • Carlos said:

Well shooting ammo, no FTE or FTF. Solid plastic bag, some brass casing mixed in with nickel case, but did not affect quality. As soon as back in stock, I will be buying more. Thanks

  • CHIEF said:

Fired 500 rounds without a hick-up. Was very clean ammo that left little fowling in my AK-47. Have already ordered another 500 rounds for future range time.

  • Bosscott said:

I bought 7 boxes of this ammo, and was surprised with the quick shipping. This ammo groups much better than the cheap foreign imported steel cased ammo.

  • Kenneth said:

Super dirty and so many no fires and duds. Will never buy Anguila again as it is pure garbage.

  • Kenneth said:

Worst ammo I have ever shot. 8 duds out of a 100 wouldn’t fire. Also very dirty. Gave away my remaining rounds to a friend. Will never buy again.

  • Kenneth said:

    Works great in my Taurus.

  • Miro said:

I am familiar with the company which is almost 100 years old. Great quality ammo with signature red line around the primer which seal and look good. This is how I recognized it one time in a indoor range and found out that PPU ammunition is available here in the U.S.A.

  • Will said:

I've been using Igman 124gr FMJ 9m for some time now, I estimate I've shot over 5000 rounds of Igman 9m at an indoor range and have never had a single problem with the ammo. Additionally, it's relatively clean burning with less carbon deposits compared to other brands I've used. Recommended without hesitation.

  • Steve K said:

I needed something for the range, so the cheaper the better. However, I have had some issues with cheaper ammo not feeding properly or primer issues. I was glad to find this ammo for a very similar price. I've shot about 2K rounds of this with no issues.

  • Gregory said:

    ships fast and runs great

  • Michael Anthony said:

if you have an AK just shoot the lacquered stuff.. if you have an AR this is the best stuff i've seen besides american brass. very clean and easy on your carbine the metal is softer than milspec receivers and much much softer than your barrel. this is actually true with most steel cased ammo however this hasn't even scratched the finish on the receiver after 180 rounds that ran flawlessly on an AR15 pistol chambered in 7.62x39.

  • Matthew said:

Best prices and fastest shipping around. Thanks guys!

  • Mark said:

Recently shot 300 rounds in Walther ppq q5 SF, Canik Tp9SF, Sar9 USA and Ruger PC9 carbine. I had no misfires or FTE problems and the ammo was very accurate. When cleaning guns found little to no residue. I was very impressed and would buy again

  • Gunlaw said:

We shot a few hundred rounds through several handguns. The only one that had any trouble was my wife's Si P938 (9mm). A few FTF even though the primer cap was dented it wasn't hard enough to set off the primer.

  • aeroflame said:

I shot a bunch of Federal, Sig Sauer, but my AR really liked this stuff out at 100 yards. The Sig performed well too. The Federal was all over the place. I was shooting light grains. Good clean quality accurate ammo. The price is great too.

Had the shipment in a few days, two days after they actually shipped it. Ammo was well packed and did not suffer in shipping. Ammo itself looks good, steel case, lacquered. Functioned well and had reasonable groups, 3.5 in compared to 1 in for handloads. Rifle was very dirty after firing , dirtier than with handloads by a large margin. Rifle cleaned up well though I wouldn't let it sit before cleaning after using this ammo.

I put 400 rounds through my ak-103 works flawlessly its good shooting ammo. I like that the cases are lacquer sealed. Probably won't be able to take it to an indoor range I did the magnet test with the bullet and it sticks so it's definitely a copper wash steel bullet but it goes through half inch mild steel. Definitely the cheapest ammo that I could find and there's no complaints on my behalf it's not corrosive at all.

  • Mabunsreng Ra said:

    Amazing production

This stuff shoots straight, fires every single time, and makes tight groups! Some say it's corrosive but I'm telling you I've never seen one speck of rust or anything that would lead me to believe this. A true must try!
