This ammo is good no jams or weak bullets

  • Justin said:

I had read the comment below me that the ammo wasn’t good and “reliable” truth be told all of my ammo shot Nicely and I had no jams. Good ammo

I don't have high standards for steel case 7.62x39, all I ask is that it goes bang. This stuff does not. I purchased 2000 rounds of which I have so far fired about 200. Roughly 10% of them were duds. This is not an exaggeration, I had on average 3 duds in every 30 round magazine. It isn't my weapon's fault (CMMG MK47 Mutant), every round had a solid primer strike. I have previously run thousands of rounds of everything from Tula to subsonic Brown Bear to Romanian surplus without a single mishap. One more thing to note is that the cases are marked as "Tulammo." You can even see it in the photograph on the site here. This makes me suspect it of being reloaded steel case, though I could be mistaken. Regardless, this is unreliable and you shouldn't waste your money.

Used it in my AK and SKS. Works like a charm, would buy again.

This is my go to round. So far I have not had any miss fries. Runs really good thru my Vepr

  • Drift Wood said:

This ammunition is well worth the price and would recommend it to anyone that likes this caliber. Only wish I had purchased more. I will need to reorder since what I bought only lasted one time at the range. Had to keep shooting for the accuracy was great. Clean up was fast as that this is definitely not corrosive.

I have two Nagant 7.62x54s they are long range rifles and the ammo performed very well. Right on the money!!!!!! Great price, excellent service. I've been shooting firearms for many years. I recomend this ammo to anyone. I also got some 7.62x38 for the Nagant Revolver no prob. Very happy with the products, and the service I recevied fron the whole team at Ammo Net. Thank you very much!!!

Fired around 150 rounds. No jams or misfires. Found two dented casings when loading mags. and discarded them. All and all a good value for the range.

  • JackW said:

I bought this for some cheap range ammo and I had a jam on my first mag. Got through a couple more mags and hand another couple jams. I expected it, but not as frequently as it did. Not terrible if you just need practice ammo, though. Feels good.

  • Fred said:

Plinking or hunting I get accurate shots with no misfire

CANT GO WRONG WITH THIS AMMO

  • ammo said:

remington did it again with another great ammo and ammo.com low price you can't bet it.

  • murdock said:

62 grain shoots just fine. no jams. but that old vietnam ak will fire, even when dropped in mud, and water. thanks Im just glad you had the ammo, and the price was right.

  • Mikey A said:

As usual very prompt customer service and worry free shipping, love these guys & gals @ ammo.com. Well I am no expert about ammo, but I will say that this ammo was performing better than some more expensive products. fresh and snappy, good penetration and groupings 2"-3" @ 200-300 yds, mini-14 1-9 twist , similar to SS109 m855 but heavier Gr.

  • Mr. Jimmy said:

Five deer taken on my ranch with this ammo: two neck shots, two head shots, and one shoulder shot ( 106 yds) . All dropped in their tracks! The shoulder shot hit a rib but still exited the body with a one inch exit wound that would have facilitated tracking, had it been necessary.

  • Jimmy said:

My friends and family have taken five deer from my ranch this season, all taken with this ammo. All dropped in their tracks! Two were heart/lung shots, two were neck shots, and one head shot. Both chest area shots penetrated completely with minimal meat damage and left a quarter size exit which would have left a good blood trail if tracking had been necessary. Tremendous performance!

  • jarhead, gimpy said:

very good deals and so far good ammo

  • CHIEF said:

Fired 500 rounds without a hick-up. Was very clean ammo that left little fowling in my AK-47. Have already ordered another 500 rounds for future range time.

  • Bosscott said:

I bought 7 boxes of this ammo, and was surprised with the quick shipping. This ammo groups much better than the cheap foreign imported steel cased ammo.

  • Kevin said:

The .270 is a flat shooting Caliber, and big enough to take down many species. I prefer to use 150 grain, and sight in my rifle to 300 yards

  • j.r. said:

shoots just fine, ive used it for years, puts deer down like a bus hit them

  • Bill said:

I have tried different ammo with Sig 556. Its eats everything but I find Lake City 5.56 62gr --- No failures, Accurate @ 100 to 300 yards ( my club limits ) I have the feeling of complete depenability.

  • Russ said:

This is great ammo for the hybrid AR's.The brass is good for reloading and the 62 grain bullets stabilize well. Russ

  • Mac said:

For a lighter cheaper round, this is a great bullet. Penetrated just behind the shoulder and severed the heart in half. The bullet did is job! Have shot all sorts of .308 and found this to be most effective.

  • playin4keeps said:

Purchased 500 rounds of this ammo. Have fired 30 rounds so far with a total of 4 DUDS. Not a good ratio. Ammo is ok for just messing around and is pretty acurate given what I paid for it. DO NOT use this ammo for self defense or hunting, or any other time when you NEED the round to fire.

  • Peter M. said:

I shot a box of Wolf 145 grain FMJ 308's in my new Springfield M1A SOCIM-16 and they helped me break in the new rifle just fine. All rounds fired clean, no misfires, no jams. All rounds landed on my down-range target as expected. Will continue to use this ammo. All good. Happy shooter. Peter M.

  • DE said:

This ammo is garbage. Steel casing has hard time ejecting and ammo is flipping end-over-end until the target. Literally have lengthwise silhouette holes in the target with about an 18” spread at 100 yards. It’s like firing a curveball, you don’t know where it will hit unless you can predict the flipping rotation. Absolute garbage!

  • Capt AR said:

Spent 30 rounds @ 100 yrs.Fired prefect and only a couple off Mark.

  • Tim said:

I have had nothing but good results with all their ammo.

  • Jlb said:

Had at 50 yards a zero group of 2 inches. Shot clean and true.

  • Smurf said:

Greatest ammo on the market, great quality and value

  • Gavin said:

No Miss fires at all.A Preformed like Expected.

  • Matthew said:

Best prices and fastest shipping around. Thanks guys!

  • Old fat guy said:

This stuff shoots as good as anything I have tried in my M1A scout squad.

  • aeroflame said:

I shot a bunch of Federal, Sig Sauer, but my AR really liked this stuff out at 100 yards. The Sig performed well too. The Federal was all over the place. I was shooting light grains. Good clean quality accurate ammo. The price is great too.

  • James Bond Bennett said:

Great value for money ! Same quality you find in a more expensive round.

  • Gerry said:

All one shot bullet placement, federal performance bullits

  • MARK said:

Been shooting a 7mm mag for over 30 years . Luv it

  • Brian62 said:

I have used this product for years and the product work perfectly. One shot 85 yards put the deer down on opening day!

  • Joel said:

I shoot at range only 40 rounds. And they all go really good. From a resolute mk47 CMMG

  • MHarris said:

Consistent, accurate, and clean burning in my AK. Very happy with performance and I will purchase more.

  • Jacob said:

Zero issues with this stuff. I only shoot brass and this is a great deal. Clean and smooth.

  • Gern Blanston said:

Nearly every round would stick in the chamber not allowing the bolt to fully close. Other brands of 7.62 ran fine but Bellom ammo was a disappointment

  • Bill said:

Mixed it up with some steel cased stuff I had so every other round in 30 round mag ran perfectly

  • [email protected] said:

Great price and great shooting ammo. No FTF's or FTE's on my Galil ACE 7.62x39

  • Keddrick said:

    Great Ammo.

  • Justis said:

Excellent rounds imo. Shot true, didn't have any issues both with the ammo and how it performed in my weapon. Took down a 100lb hog with ease from 50yds.

  • Brysterman said:

Very reliable ammo, burns clean and consistent velocity.... nice brass casings and you can't beat the price.. its cheaper than reloading... for accurate and hunting rounds is the only viable reason for reloading, unless you love doing it !! then go for it !

  • Ivan said:

Bullet goes bang. Bangs well. 10/10 would recommend.

  • marty said:

outstanding brass ammo. Takes third world ak to at least oh about 1.5. Modern ammo makes the difference.

  • Gun man said:

Used on my AR platform great ammo

  • Ras111 said:

So far seems pretty good. Definitely puts out a lot of smoke when shooting though. But at this point I’m just happy to have some brass case 7.62x39 ammo.. Shooting an Wasr 10 circa 2020... with no issues so far.
