Purchased 50 rounds, but have only shot 18 so far. I've had no problems at all. Shoots nice and clean, and no duds. I love the federal ammo so far. My only knock was on the value....which I dropped down 1 notch. The price for the 50 round box is awesome, but the shipping and handling hurt the value...still when you can't find the ammo you are looking for locally, the shipping and handling isn't much of an issue. These rounds are almost perfect, have fired over 2k rounds of this particular round and not one misfire or bad round. The downside is that the round is silver colored instead of gold colored, and if that is all I have to complain about, well enough said.

Reading only other review here. Wondering about how he said 1 out of every 5 failed to eject etc.. Could this simply be from limp wristing? I thought the two firearms mentioned were quality pieces. Why would my Glock not have this issue. Will sure more when i get home to double check but first impressions,,,, this ammo is great for that cost with no feeding, firing or ejecting issues. Hold your firearm tighter.

I'm with Dave. I've had a cz-82 for going on 15 years now and the only time the gun hasn't fired was when the trigger guard broke. It was a prior Check police issue firearm that was beat up and had seen who knows how many rounds through it. Replaced the guard with one for cz-83. I've fired every kind of cheap, crap ammo I can find and it has never not fired, excluding the time above. I guess gone are the days where you could get a 10 dollar box of silver bear ammo.

All I have to say is the ammo is crap. It does not eject from the gun, and they swell up and jam the gun. It cost $75 to unjam the gun.

Works very nicely in a new 32 ACP PPK. Started with 100 rounds each of several manufacturers; choose the S&B target ammo based upon that experiment.

Only shot a dozen rounds at the range. Personal defense and carry ammo currently. Cycled great, no issues cycled cleanly, using it in my FN509, 12, 15, 24 rd mags. Again accurate, cycles clean, and no issues. Can't speak on stopping power, and hope to never have to.

I've used this brand of Ammo for over 10 years. I never had a Failure to Feed or Eject. Wolf 9 mm Ammo feels snappy enough. However, the only downside that there is a STEEL CORE in the batch of 9 mm Ammo that I have. As such I can't use it at the indoor range I belong to.

This is the ammo I've decided to use in my handgun. Given the velocity, the recoil is smooth, consistent and manageable. I'm on target with Fiocchi.

Have run over 14,000 rounds(yes...that's fourteen-thousand- plus) through my Sig P229 and I believe maybe two or three were misfires. I am very satisfied with the product.

If I could give this ammo 0 stars I would. I bought some of this ammo because it was inexpensive and I wanted to see if my gun could run it effectively. I bought a couple boxes and went to the range. Not kidding, only 6 rounds into my first magazine and I had a complete malfunction. A live round was stuck inside the chamber and it would not eject. Had to call over a range hand to help with the issue, and he ended up having to unjam it with a barrel rod. I've shot thousands of brass rounds without a single failure, yet 6 rounds into this steel cased ammo and it had a massive malfunction. I do not recommend this ammo to anyone. It's not even worth it's cheap price tag, as I immediately retired the rest of this ammo stash. Stick with brass, trust me.

This ammunition performed flawlessly I couldn't be more happy.

I put 40 rounds through my 1872 Uberti open top and every round went boom but not all hit the hanging metal plate I was shooting at. Must be something wrong with the ammo…. It couldn’t have been me! Bottom line is that it performed great and I’ll be purchasing more just as soon as I pay off my new glasses.

This ammo is about 1/16" to long to fit in my 30 round mags. but they do fit the factory mags. I would suggest blunting the tips.

I've been using this brand for some time and must say it is excellent. It may be a slight bit dirtier than the CCI and Winchester ammo I used in the past. I have never had a misfire or jam with this ammo and always smooth ejections from my guns. The accuracy is outstanding from bullet to bullet. I highly recommend this ammo to the hunter or non completion target shooter. You will NOT be disappointed with this ammos all around performance.

Was looking for a clean shooting lead and heavy metal free rounds. Found Federal Syntech but these can tumble. Then found Blazer Clean Fire and Lawman Clean Fire but these, and Syntech are more pricey (well what I was seeing) So these Winclean “BEB - brass enclosure base” which also have lead free primers are the best choice for indoor training.

Bought a fairly new Mossberg 702 Plinkster Bought 500 rounds of various ammo to test. Had no issues with this box, it was cheap and as accurate as any other in this cheap gun. Had some jamming issues with another brand, not with this stuff.

Bought the Wolf in 95gr FMJ. Missfires, jams, and stovepipes in my Ruger LCP. 1st 25 rds were ok , but at the end of 50 wold jam every time. May be dirty powder. I took it home and gave a good cleaning .......will try again.

This ammo is low cost, performs okay, but will dirty up your bore real quick. Advise cleaning more frequently with this ammo.

Modern Super-X 44-40 hunting loads only get 1,190fps advertised, limiting this cartridge to only 100 yards. Mine chronographed 1,025fps. Original black powder factory loads achieved 1,325fps and were killers out to 300 yards, later reduced to 1,245, then back up to 1,325fps with smokeless loads. By the1960's they were reduced to 1,310fps when rifle powder was replaced by ball powders. By 1978 Winchester started using flake pistol powders, further reducing performance down to the now 1,190fps advertised velocity. Not to mention from 1903 to 1941, Winchester manufactured 1,565fps High Velocity loads used for the Model 92' Winchesters and other like rifles like the Marlin 1894. Winchester further nurtured the 44-40 with the mouse fart "Cowboy" reduced loads of only 900fps from a rifle. Thus I give the modern factory loads a 2 for performance, a 2 for value since folks are paying an arm and a leg for neutered ammunition. Cost twice as much as other brands. No difference in accuracy at 25 yards from a benchrest than the cheap stuff thru my new Mossberg 702 Plinkster . This did not jam, but neither did 8 other brands/models. all much cheaper.

I tried running this through my Stribog and had a failure to feed every 2-3 rounds ,through 3 different mags ! Switched over to Winchester white box 180gr. FMJ and every round loaded and shot great ! It was obvious that the S&B didn't have the power to blow the bolt back but halfway ! S&B 10mm loads might work better in a semi- auto pistol with a much lighter bolt !

The value was great for the price. The Quality is better than store quality. As for performance- it's really good.

This ammo is great and actually cycles well out of my SR .22 Winchester Wildcat. It doesn't cycle out of the Ruger 10/22 but that's OK because I got it for the Wildcat for shooting pests in my backyard. I have the Sparrow Surpresor on it and it's more quite than a Benjamin pellet gun. Very accurate at 40 yards and it puts birds to sleep instantly. Great product!

Feet per second=2050. I dont know of any 30gr varmint ammo that's faster, and if youre tracking a moving varmint at 100yds +, this would be a big help. At nearly 300# ft lbs, I would take some pot shots at pigs too, and expect some results.

I shot all 50 rounds through my M57 at the range, and had no stoppages, misfires or any other issues. The ammo was clean and fired consistently. Can't speak to its accuracy, as I'm still getting used to the gun and i was firing at a 25 meter target. No complaints.

Shot ammo in a Glock 27 Gen 4 with very little problem. Ammo jammed a couple of times, but I don't think the ammo was the problem. I will buy more Prvi Partizan ( PPU) ammo when possible in .40 cal, 9mm, and 357 sig. Great stuff. Shoots cleaner than most other I have found.

I found the ammo to be reliable, and shoot good groups.

Don't normally fire .357; use 38 special +p hollow points in the bedside table and 38 special leaded for practice. the 357 was hot and after 50 rds, i felt it in my sholder.

Quality Ammunition, fires reliably, good Makarov ammunition for those using less common weapons such as the Makarov or FEG 9 x 18.

I bought this stuff just to try it, really. I've only fired about 20 of the 50 rounds by now. I will say that I experienced no issues with it (jams, etc.), and it's easy to put on-target from up to 25 yards. It did leave a little extra soot in my Glock 19, and it produces a fairly strong "burnt powder" smell when fired. Not a big issue at all, but it does seem to fire "dirtier" than most ammo I'm used to. I don't have much experience with Frangible ammo, but it seemed to work exactly as advertised.

The ammo worked well and reliably in my Desert Eagle, with no jams or malfunctions. I would recommend it anytime.

Only shot one box so far but the ammo performed flawlessly in my M1A, as has all the ammo I have ran through this gun.

Bought a box of this to use as economical practice ammo. Shot all 50 rounds without any problems, in an old 15 round and a new 30 round magazine. My early Universal Carbine seems to love it. Althought I can't quantify it, it does appear to be a little dirty compared to the Remington I have used, but that is what a cleaning kit is for. Will save the more expensive ammo for personal defense, but will buy more of the TulAmmo for target practice!

I do a LOT of shooting with rim fire .22 ammo and hunt small game for the pot. This ammo is accurate, and shot to shot quality is stellar. Best I've ever used and ordering more. A bit pricey but you pay for quality.

Product info says 990 fps, manufacturer says 1083. That's the difference between subsonic and supersonic depending on elevation and temperature... I was hoping for subsonic performance for quieter plinking.

Gun jammed…. Bullet got stuck in the barrel, still shot 2 rounds than got jammed. Realized the bullet was stuck halfway through. Could’ve exploded in my face! Unfortunately no more Ammo Inc for me. Same thing happened to another gentleman on the range.

Bought 500 rds. first mag, would not feed, S&W M&P, tried it in a Taurus 709 same thing, tried some in a hi-point 9mm, made it through the first mag then the second, hmm what;s up with this? third mag 2nd round no feed, 4th same. Sorry to say I wasted hard earned money on target and practice ammo I can't use. Don't buy.

Awful! On a Glock 19 experienced a phenomenal about one misfire in ten (primer dented, but not firing). Same round could then be fired (most of the time) in a Glock 17, where the misfire rate was only about 1 in 25. Experienced same (1:25) error rate shooting in both a Sig320 and HK MP5K. This is the ONLY band ammo we have had any problems with, including cheap CHinese stuff. Same guns fired 10K rounds of Remmington in the months prior this purchase and experienced NO misfires.

I bought one box of this just to try out.. I was shooting it through my LCP, granted I haven't shot much, just one mag, 7 rounds, had one that the primer dented and didnt go off, reloaded it and it fired.. but i still have 40+ rounds to try

I've only shot 20 rounds and had 8 complete failures. I made sure they were fired by multiple pistols and even 2, 3 or 4 marks on the rims and nothing. Luckily I only bought 3 50rd boxes to try out. I won't be buying these ever again.

I have and prefer the HST and Speer Gold Dots as my edc loads. The HST has the most expansion you can find in the gel tests if you pay attention to those. A bit pricey, but.....worth the extra for performance

In a 50 round box, I found that these actually perform much better than the ammo I was trained on. I know my training ammo was just “ target ammo”…but there is a big difference between the two. This will be my stock up self defense ammo for certain.
