I've faced numerous jams while using my handguns with this ammunition and at one point I literally had to use a ramrod to remove the casing that got stuck in the barrel. I've never faced such issue with any other rounds I've used.

Ammo performed exactly as expected round after round. I usually take 300 rounds with me to the range ever trip and have had no jams or other malfunctions.

This isn't the first time I've bought magtech steel ammo. I've bought it many times before. Great price, shoots great, great ammo for target practice. I've shot around 10,000 rounds of this ammo and haven't had any problems with it.

Wouldnt buy again kept having issues ejecting the casing with multiple guns tried a different ammo and they would work perfect

Magtech. At first i didn't know nothing about it so I did a research and find out, some good words about company and ammo as well. Took their word for it and order some 9mm steel casing (19mm).Send 700 rounds down the range from 3 diferent guns but as always my Beretta 92fs took most of the stress. No isues with cycling or ejection of cartridges. This is my second order of magtech 9mm and I couldn't be more happier with it. Ammo works just fine from every aspect. Will be back for more soon. Nothing but respect for Ammo team. Keep up good work.

Cheap and realitively clean. I've ran 2000 rounds through my pistol with no problems.

Took 700 rounds of magtech 9mm and 3 different guns but I mostly used Beretta 92FS.Had zero issues. I was prepared to have some case retracting issues(due to steel case) but none happened. Overall I strongly recommend this ammo. Perform way better then expected.

The lower pressure bullets are recommended for old guns like mine, as my gun is 114 years old. It is getting harder to find the older bullets. These bullets are perfect for my old gun. They really pack a punch.

It is so nice that your company still provides super quality bullets for the older guns. My gun is 114 years old. They do not sell ammo for it it in my town. The shells I bought really pack a punch. Ammo.com is the best in my opinion. These bullets ROCK !

C&R collectors work hard to hold on to these old revolvers. Like any hobby it saves part of US History. To be able to fire these relics is a real bonus. It also deters owners from trying to use hot ammo just to fire them. Thank you MagTech and Remmington.

I have used countless ammo types, ranging from old Union Metallic Company ammo, to Remington, to Blazer, and many others, and I can honestly and truthfully say that I have never, ever had a problem with Magtech ammunition. I use Magtech both in my Colt Mustang Mark IV .380 and in my .38 Special revolver, and I love it tremendously. This ammo has been most recommended to me by shop owners, gunsmiths, CWP trainers, and even law enforcement officers, due to its value and reliability. Out of the grand total of 3000 rounds of Magtech ammunition I have used between two of my handguns, I have had a grand total of 1 bad bullet (it was a dud). I LOVE LOVE LOVE Magtech ammunition and would gladly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good ammo without paying an arm, a leg, and a kidney for it.

I put 40 rounds through my 1872 Uberti open top and every round went boom but not all hit the hanging metal plate I was shooting at. Must be something wrong with the ammoā¦. It couldnāt have been me! Bottom line is that it performed great and Iāll be purchasing more just as soon as I pay off my new glasses.

Had a few FTFs with this latest batch with my Canik TP9 SFx but shot well for my wife's Canik Mete SFx Pro. The previous 2k rounds of Blazer Brass were good with no issues. Its budget ammo and I don't have it loaded for defense so I'm ok with a few FTF per 1k rounds. Is there better ammo quality and performance...yes, is there a better value for subsonic range ammo, no.
-
James said:
I have fired this ammunition through my Glock 19 (G3). In the past, I have used Blazer 115 grain, and decided to try this 147 grain variant. I did not notice any significant difference - perhaps a bit less recoil with the 147 grain. This ammunition fires reliably, as I would expect from this maker. I particularly like Blazer 9mm aluminum casing ammunition because of its lightness, affordability, and the minimal residue it leaves.

This is the best ammo for the price. This is a CCI product and has sold reliability slightly below CCI branded ammunition. I live in the country and will use around 500 rounds every 45 days. Best kept secret.

This was my first order from Ammo.com and I was not disappointed. The 1000 rounds came packaged securely, was reasonably priced and arrived on time. I use these as range ammo in my 3 revolvers; S & W 686-6 357 mag, S & W Airweight 38 snub nose and my Ruger LCR 38 snub nose. They work and that's all I can ask. They perform well, and are fine for an indoor range with good ventilation. I will use these again. I also use Hornady Critical Defense 110 gr JHP in the 38s at home and Winchester in my 686 at home for self defense if needed.

It looks odd since itās a grey casing but I had zero malfunctions and feeding issues with my Glock. It has a low muzzle flash compared more expensive rounds and packs a punch

After firing less than a dozen rounds, the amount of carbon buildup, left over on the breach and the spent casing is something Iāve never had before. Very dirty ammo.

I have a SW Shield EZ and Glock 17, and I shoot CCI Brass and aluminum and they have never given problems. For my guns, it is a good deal. Shot metal jacket and had shavings on the slide and malfunction. CCI Brass and Aluminum have never given me a problem.

I just made my 2nd ammo.com purchase and bought 2 of these ammo boxes even though the 1st reviewer said they had a bad odor. I received my shipment yesterday and the ammo box lids were pretty tight and when I opened them, I was prepared for a stench, but there wasn't any. There was an antidesiccant packet for humidity and there really wasn't any smell except for a slight paint odor which really wasn't anything. These cans are great and I can get over 1000 9mm rounds in each can. Also the gasket is solid and air tight. so I'm very pleased with these ammo cans.
-
Daniel said:
This was well made, and the powder coating is clean. The only problem I have with is the foul stench that seems to build up inside the can. It smells similar to rotting vegetables yet, it's too dry to be an organic stench. First time I opened it up I got a massive whiff; I lost my breath for a few minutes. I would still recommend but I would put some air refreshers in there.

As the title states it fired every time I pulled the trigger and I was satisfied with the grouping at 50 yards with just a Trijicon MRO. For range training ammo I wouldn't hesitate to order it again. Plus the shipping and order processing was very fast! All good.

As far as the look and the function of the ammo Iām really pleased with it. The price met or was cheaper than competitors. They were packaged well and clean. They also fired great out of my AR. The thing that stood out the most was the fact that I made my purchase on July 3rd around noon and I received the ammo on July 4th before noon. I was so surprised! I will definitely be ordering here in the future.

No jams, zero feed issues. Shoots clean . 4 star for performance was only due to it being 40 target ammo and the grouping wandered about 1/2 inch up or down. Over all was still in the mass zone at 21 and at 30 feet .

nice tight group, never any problems, use it in a 20in and 10in barrel, same group patterns in both guns. for the performance of the ammo and never any problems I only use magtech
