This is not the first 1000 rounds I've bought of this ammo. Never had a misfire, fairly clean burn and accurate. I'll be back for more when this is gone.

  • Scott2333 said:

    A++++++++

  • Jimbillyjoebob said:

I feed this ammo to my AK on a regular basis and it never has choked on it yet. It is not the cleanest burning, but for the money you can't beat it.

I've shot roughly 100 plus rounds through my mini-30 and have had no performance issues. Wish it were cheaper, but will save the brass for reloading. Will order again when needed.

  • Peezy said:

Everything ran clear no jams and doesn’t dirty up my ar-15. Worth a buy will be buying more soon.

  • Sam said:

Ammo arrived in very professional packaging and when I took it out shooting it shot flawlessly

  • deadeye45 said:

Nothing negative to say..goes bang every time, great price and got it fast and it was christmas week like I said no cons

  • Smurf said:

    Great. Affordable.

  • Dave said:

    Performs well on 100yards

  • prairiedog555 said:

I have a custom 3006 that generally shoots 150 gr under 1 moa. The S&B ammo shot just as well, maybe better than most of the other ammo I tested with. I bought the S&B to get on paper on sighting in a new scope and found it shot excellent.

  • Karl said:

The 30-06 rounds performed very well with a great value

  • JtAlmond said:

I almost ordered these by mistake. I have a stash of the POINTED Soft point PSP that I run with excellent results out of my Maadi. The AK was designed to run spire pointed rounds which is correctly the PSP version of the PPU ammo. Round nose is a safety feature geared toward lever guns tubular magazines think 30-30 Winch or old tech 30-40 Krag. All of what I shot fed fired and ejected without complaint. Accuracy is acceptable.

  • Zman10915 said:

Having purchased nearly a case of this ammo at a local retailer in Boise, I have run this ammunition through a couple of weapons, both of which couldn't be any more different in nature and operation, only to find out that this round, which resembles a "mini 30-30 or 32 win " can only be best described as the best ammunition I have used commercially produced to date. It feeds very well, with NO hangups, no ejection malfunctions and quite frankly- very smooth,-even in a comparison to any other spire tip traditional "AK-47" round to date. This ammunition has not yet been analyzed for speed, etc as I did not take a chronograph with me when shooting this ammunition. I would recommend anybody that owns a firearm that is chambered for this round to try it. Very nice, indeed.

  • Jim said:

It worked perfectly in my Yugo sks, cycled and ejected with no problems, military grade ammo

  • Deerman said:

Shooting this round for 10years. Pure bargain. 1:12 Twist, 20 inch barrel: 0.6 MOA every time!

  • Bill9562 said:

This is so far the most consistent factory round in my bench gun and at a very low price. I have not been able to duplicate the consistency in a hand load yet.

  • Harry said:

would not jam in a AR47 or AK47 great ammo need more plz....

  • b said:

Not much to say. 500 rds..through my sks. 2 FTE''s reasonably priced, came in 3 days, and I can shoot at the local range. Great ammo..great service...Thanks!!

  • Shortround said:

I was shooting these bare eyed at 400 yards. from a remington bolt action. I was shooting from a bench. It took me 6 rounds to register were I wanted and then shot 50 more rounds with little deflection. Good stuff.

  • Gary said:

Just purchased 500 rounds of mil surplus 30-06 for my M1. Great pricing and prompt service. Will order again.

  • BB said:

This ammo fired consistently accurate groups out of my KR 103. It came in a nice packaging with a plastic bullet holder that will be useful for reloading, and all at a decent price. I recommend it and will be buying more.

  • Al G said:

Shot great groups. No misfires. Will buy more

  • Little Jon said:

I have only good things to say about this ammo. I have a tuner on my AR15 barrel. Giving me the ability to shoot 1" groups at 200m. Look out hogs, whitetail's and everything else. ????

  • Aron said:

Great round at a competitive price.

  • Deerman said:

Very good product will be buying more

  • kyle said:

Bought 500 rounds, been through 160 so far. No misfires, no bad brass, no deformation. Shot them out of an M1A socom and they run great. Only time I've found ammo cheaper is in limited quantity clearance sales. These are factory new, despite some mixed reviews i've found elsewhere indicating otherwise. All brass is marked AI USA 308 Win. I'm sure there is better quality ammo, but truthfully in times like this (10/22) with 308 averaging $1/rd everywhere for cheap crap this is a great bargain.

  • Shawn said:

Use this for deer hunting, very accurate, taken 2 deer , 1 standing at 140 yards and 1 running at 80 yards away, both dropped on the spot, the bullet causes alot of damage for its size, only down fall the soft lead tip sometime get messed up when loading from a mag

  • Debo said:

    Good

  • CHIEF said:

Fired 500 rounds without a hick-up. Was very clean ammo that left little fowling in my AK-47. Have already ordered another 500 rounds for future range time.

  • Bosscott said:

I bought 7 boxes of this ammo, and was surprised with the quick shipping. This ammo groups much better than the cheap foreign imported steel cased ammo.

  • Kevin said:

The .270 is a flat shooting Caliber, and big enough to take down many species. I prefer to use 150 grain, and sight in my rifle to 300 yards

  • j.r. said:

shoots just fine, ive used it for years, puts deer down like a bus hit them

  • jgr said:

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, this ammo works great. I have dropped aoudad in their tracks at 385 and those guys are notoriously tough. Fantastic accuracy and reliability.

  • None said:

I will not buy this ammo again I need ammo I can count on

  • Shooter23 said:

Amazing ammo best grain for whitetail!!

  • Tim said:

I have had nothing but good results with all their ammo.

  • Gregory said:

    ships fast and runs great

  • WildBill said:

Great round, going to buy more, thanks

  • Bob said:

I'm 82 years old and have been hunting whitetail deer since the late 1950s. I've hunted with just about every factory load available as well as my own carefully concocted handloads. This year, I bought a few boxes of Winchester Deer Season XP .308 150gr. When I sighted in my favorite Browning BAR rifle, I couldn't believe the 0.6", 100yd groups. I just double-lung shot a buck at 60yds and he dropped dead in his tracks. This is the absolute best factory load I have ever used.

  • Groan said:

    Performed flawlessly

  • Michael Anthony said:

if you have an AK just shoot the lacquered stuff.. if you have an AR this is the best stuff i've seen besides american brass. very clean and easy on your carbine the metal is softer than milspec receivers and much much softer than your barrel. this is actually true with most steel cased ammo however this hasn't even scratched the finish on the receiver after 180 rounds that ran flawlessly on an AR15 pistol chambered in 7.62x39.

  • Tatty540 said:

Great product fast shipping awesome prices

  • Matthew said:

Best prices and fastest shipping around. Thanks guys!

  • DJH said:

These Speer Gold Dot 308, 150 grain shells are great in my Ruger SFAR. The rifle is picky about ammo and worked best with polymer tip ammo. I tried these Gold Dots in 150 grain from 100 to 200 yards. Minimal exposed lead tip and chrome plated cases were accurate and reliable. Ruger SFAR prefers 150 grain for accuracy and these hovered around 1 3/8-1 1/2" at 100 yards. Sig 1x6 Tango, 2nd focal plane. Great ammo in light weight package.

  • Old fat guy said:

This stuff shoots as good as anything I have tried in my M1A scout squad.

  • Den said:

Only shot one box so far but the ammo performed flawlessly in my M1A, as has all the ammo I have ran through this gun.

  • James Bond Bennett said:

Great value for money ! Same quality you find in a more expensive round.

  • John said:

This is likely the storage of the ammo, not the ammo itself. The brass showed corrosion/scuffs/blemishes. The cartridge was not damaged and, I've already taken a deer with it, but was surprised it did not look 'new' I was also hoping for not having to trail much, and I didn't get the effect I wanted in that department.

  • anonymous said:

I got a box of this stuff, and from the free container to the packaging to the asthetics of the ammo it looks like this company may be a very promissing ammo provider. I wish they would only add in a few more grains.

  • Glen said:

I need all brass to practice at my local indoor range & not much to pick from at an affordable price range so I took a shot with this & it worked perfectly in my Palmetto state armory ak47 with a magpul pmag.

  • Toma's said:

Heavy carbon fouling. It is accurate enough.

  • BigD said:

    This ammo is waaaaayyyy overpriced

  • Ern7373 said:

Good ammo when it works. I bought 40 rounds of 6.5 carcono and have shot 25 rounds and 6 out of those 25 misfired

  • derek said:

loaded the magazine and it wouldnt cycle a single round. not sure if it the metal or what but bought some local and had no issue

  • Gdk491 said:

Built a super light weight DPMS style AR10. This ammo runs perfectly. Been using it to fine tune the gas system. Works great. Not shooting for accuracy yet.

  • Kent said:

Great value, shoots well. Will look for ammo.com on my next buy.

  • PA woodsman said:

Shot many rounds at the range, no issues at all.

  • Jack said:

    Great job in all areas.

  • A.C. said:

The ammo performs very well, especially for off the shelf factory ammo. Very pleased

I shoot at range only 40 rounds. And they all go really good. From a resolute mk47 CMMG

  • MHarris said:

Consistent, accurate, and clean burning in my AK. Very happy with performance and I will purchase more.

  • Jacob said:

Zero issues with this stuff. I only shoot brass and this is a great deal. Clean and smooth.

  • Gern Blanston said:

Nearly every round would stick in the chamber not allowing the bolt to fully close. Other brands of 7.62 ran fine but Bellom ammo was a disappointment

  • Bill said:

Mixed it up with some steel cased stuff I had so every other round in 30 round mag ran perfectly

  • [email protected] said:

Great price and great shooting ammo. No FTF's or FTE's on my Galil ACE 7.62x39

  • Keddrick said:

    Great Ammo.

  • Justis said:

Excellent rounds imo. Shot true, didn't have any issues both with the ammo and how it performed in my weapon. Took down a 100lb hog with ease from 50yds.

  • Brysterman said:

Very reliable ammo, burns clean and consistent velocity.... nice brass casings and you can't beat the price.. its cheaper than reloading... for accurate and hunting rounds is the only viable reason for reloading, unless you love doing it !! then go for it !

  • Ivan said:

Bullet goes bang. Bangs well. 10/10 would recommend.

  • marty said:

outstanding brass ammo. Takes third world ak to at least oh about 1.5. Modern ammo makes the difference.

  • Gun man said:

Used on my AR platform great ammo

  • Ras111 said:

So far seems pretty good. Definitely puts out a lot of smoke when shooting though. But at this point I’m just happy to have some brass case 7.62x39 ammo.. Shooting an Wasr 10 circa 2020... with no issues so far.

nice tight group, never any problems, use it in a 20in and 10in barrel, same group patterns in both guns. for the performance of the ammo and never any problems I only use magtech

  • Brian said:

I ran these through my brand new rifle. And it did not cycle. I thought maybe it just needed a break in period but I ran a different ammo and it cycled. Just fine, my buddy put this ammo. Through his rifle and same thing, it would not cycle consistently. Not accurate at all. Just to all around garbage
