out of the 100 rounds I fired, I had 3 hard primers that did not fire after multiple attempts, This was in a H&K VP9 that has proven very reliable. I understand this is just range/ training ammo, but I expected more from Winchester

Previously I had been buying Blazer 9mm from Cabela's and I was consistently having problems with my brand new Berretta APX 1 not cycling fully. I was thinking that maybe there was something wrong with the gun but after i got these and started running them through it, i've only had one round not cycle fully. And these were close to 2/3s the price per round of the other ones i was getting. Definitely not switching back.

Five deer taken on my ranch with this ammo: two neck shots, two head shots, and one shoulder shot ( 106 yds) . All dropped in their tracks! The shoulder shot hit a rib but still exited the body with a one inch exit wound that would have facilitated tracking, had it been necessary.

My friends and family have taken five deer from my ranch this season, all taken with this ammo. All dropped in their tracks! Two were heart/lung shots, two were neck shots, and one head shot. Both chest area shots penetrated completely with minimal meat damage and left a quarter size exit which would have left a good blood trail if tracking had been necessary. Tremendous performance!

It's always reassuring when someone shares from a personal point of view, not just what's written, gave me some insight on timeframes, also advice, go to tje site first so i would know what was needed, a great help to because I'm buying from Ammo.com of course and there are time frames, so that was very helpful as well.. Chirs was patient, knowledge and insightful about all aspects of his product. Normally (as with most) I feel if I dont ask i wont get the full story, Chris always deep dives and goes further giving all needed for me to feel comfortable in my decision. I might add you aren't going to find better pricing, along with carry laws state by state, uodated daily, real time. Service, Pricing, Quality: thats a Hat Trick everyone can live with... thank you Ammo.com for having ambassadors such as Chris representing you....

The .270 is a flat shooting Caliber, and big enough to take down many species. I prefer to use 150 grain, and sight in my rifle to 300 yards

I just made my 2nd ammo.com purchase and bought 2 of these ammo boxes even though the 1st reviewer said they had a bad odor. I received my shipment yesterday and the ammo box lids were pretty tight and when I opened them, I was prepared for a stench, but there wasn't any. There was an antidesiccant packet for humidity and there really wasn't any smell except for a slight paint odor which really wasn't anything. These cans are great and I can get over 1000 9mm rounds in each can. Also the gasket is solid and air tight. so I'm very pleased with these ammo cans.

This was well made, and the powder coating is clean. The only problem I have with is the foul stench that seems to build up inside the can. It smells similar to rotting vegetables yet, it's too dry to be an organic stench. First time I opened it up I got a massive whiff; I lost my breath for a few minutes. I would still recommend but I would put some air refreshers in there.
