I almost ordered these by mistake. I have a stash of the POINTED Soft point PSP that I run with excellent results out of my Maadi. The AK was designed to run spire pointed rounds which is correctly the PSP version of the PPU ammo. Round nose is a safety feature geared toward lever guns tubular magazines think 30-30 Winch or old tech 30-40 Krag. All of what I shot fed fired and ejected without complaint. Accuracy is acceptable.

62 grain shoots just fine. no jams. but that old vietnam ak will fire, even when dropped in mud, and water. thanks Im just glad you had the ammo, and the price was right.

Five deer taken on my ranch with this ammo: two neck shots, two head shots, and one shoulder shot ( 106 yds) . All dropped in their tracks! The shoulder shot hit a rib but still exited the body with a one inch exit wound that would have facilitated tracking, had it been necessary.

Was looking for Silver State but they went out of business go I bought this ammo and boy am I glad I bought Hornady. I bought 2250 rounds of it for some reason, and I still have about 1800 left and in these times, I am glad I done so this a great all-around ammo hunting home defense and just doing some target practice. I was glad to read law enforcement is thinking about using this round. Bad guys look out is all I have to say!

Both good penetration and very good expansion. It allowed me to exercise good control over the weapon.

Fired 500 rounds without a hick-up. Was very clean ammo that left little fowling in my AK-47. Have already ordered another 500 rounds for future range time.

The .270 is a flat shooting Caliber, and big enough to take down many species. I prefer to use 150 grain, and sight in my rifle to 300 yards

For the price I'd say a good purchase. Out of 200 rounds maybe around 15-20 rounds that I'd assume had bad primers and didn't fire.

These shells are mean, they break bones as they travel through the animal

I bought this and it won't cycle my rifle (AR style) contacted both Ammo.com and Sellier & Bellot fed me a line of BS now I have 60 rounds of paperweight ammo. Both companies failed in my opinion. Terrible customer service.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, this ammo works great. I have dropped aoudad in their tracks at 385 and those guys are notoriously tough. Fantastic accuracy and reliability.

Easier to shoot than my .45 colt. More precise SW 500 ammo. I can't tell the difference between 300 grain and 500 grain. Both accurate and not much change in recoil. Want recoil?!! Don't shoot a bear load unless your wrists are tough.

The ballistics are accurately defined. It takes down large game availabil in the USA & Canida. I DO NOT TRAVEL OUT OF NORTH AMERICA.

Spent 30 rounds @ 100 yrs.Fired prefect and only a couple off Mark.

Ammo worked well no issues

this ammo shoots so smooth out my 3-inch model 36 Smith and Wesson that it allows my wife to group the shots very tight with a very slight muzzle flip at 40 feet. If I am not home, my wife can pick up the revolver and point and shoot without worrying about safety's, slides, magazines, clip in or out etc. - as she would have a lot of other things to think about in a pressure situation including threat assessment and visual target identification

Had at 50 yards a zero group of 2 inches. Shot clean and true.

Ammunition performs well in my Beretta 25

This ammo is absolutely excellent, it ran flawlessly through my Glock 20 with no malfunctions. All of the rounds looked phenomenal no dinged casings, bad primers, or tarnishing on the casing or led bullet. This ammo is what I personally have loaded for my home defense round. Would I recommend this ammo to others? Yes, in fact I believe in it so much I trust my life to it.

I hand load 55g blitzing for my AR and these performed exactly like my hand loads no adjustment in windage or elevation was needed. Although I didn't have time to run them through the chronograph with the performance at 100 yards I'd say the advertised velocity is spot on with a 24 inch barrel.

Best ammo for glocks.

My 270 loves this ammo, Elk, Blacktail Deer, Whitetail Deer and Antelope are no match for this solid round. Drops it where it stands. I will not shoot anything else but this bullet, 130 gr.

When first got my Taurus Raging Judge I was worried about everything I had heard about recoil. Shot 20 rounds today and it was not bad at all. But what impressed me the most was it's accuracy. Getting more ammo today.

Hard to find 7.62 x 54r but Ammo.com had exactly what I needed. The price is great and range day was even better.

These Speer Gold Dot 308, 150 grain shells are great in my Ruger SFAR. The rifle is picky about ammo and worked best with polymer tip ammo. I tried these Gold Dots in 150 grain from 100 to 200 yards. Minimal exposed lead tip and chrome plated cases were accurate and reliable. Ruger SFAR prefers 150 grain for accuracy and these hovered around 1 3/8-1 1/2" at 100 yards. Sig 1x6 Tango, 2nd focal plane. Great ammo in light weight package.

These shells are great for target practice

Very accurate round and grain of bullet. 225 yard shot on huge doe (almost 200 pound hoof weight) and one shot deer ran almost 25 yards and we were field dressing the deer. Only regret was that no bucks were seen and end of day and season.

Exactly what I needed. Now I just have to learn how to fire the weapon.

I recently got a S&W 380 and tried a few different types of ammo. The Federal 380 99 grain was the clear winner with me. Shoots consistently accurate with no flawed rounds. Will be my go to choice for this gun.

I have used and carried, due to the recorded performance in ballistic gel and the recorded results of various barrier penetrations. I definitely have no problem using as my EDC ammo on a daily basis

I bought this ammo for my Marlin 1895 after purchasing a different brand of ammo initially for my first range session that I was happy with Accuracy wise for the most part but not so much with the power of the rounds. Well i can tell you that these Prvi rounds performed well across the board, accuracy, quality and big power, which is what I wanted in the rounds I'd be using for this rifle both at the range and in the woods. I try to practice with the same or similar rounds I'd be using when hunting or for self defense. train how you fight is what I was taught. buy these rounds and you wont be disappointed.

I shot a bunch of Federal, Sig Sauer, but my AR really liked this stuff out at 100 yards. The Sig performed well too. The Federal was all over the place. I was shooting light grains. Good clean quality accurate ammo. The price is great too.

This is likely the storage of the ammo, not the ammo itself. The brass showed corrosion/scuffs/blemishes. The cartridge was not damaged and, I've already taken a deer with it, but was surprised it did not look 'new' I was also hoping for not having to trail much, and I didn't get the effect I wanted in that department.

I know most people would say the 123 gr is the optimized bullet weight for the Grendel but I have found the 115 gr PPU to be the most accurate and long shooting of the rounds I have tried so far.

I got a Great buy from AMMO.COM on the ammo that I bought for my 500 S&W Mag. I'm very happy with pattern which the ammo holds in the target.

Used .308 Win in 180gr. Everything was cool, until I chronographed some. Came in at 2650fps, which to me is firstly too fast on African game, and closer to max pressure than I am comfortable with. Other than that, good ammo and cases (been reloading my used factory ammo cases, no issues).

This ammunition runs well in short barrel suppressed weapon systems. High carbon buildup, but it is to be expected. I recommend buying this one in bulk.

Use it to get familiar with the operation of the new rifle. First round split the back 1/4" off the casing and I had to fish the rest out of the chamber. No issues with remaining 39 rounds. 1.5" group at 100 yards.

My Sauer 100 .243 did not like this round, would not feed it smoothly had to jam it in. Once I fired two rounds hit 4 1/2 " high at 100 and had a .99 spread

Good ammo when it works. I bought 40 rounds of 6.5 carcono and have shot 25 rounds and 6 out of those 25 misfired

First box was all to the left and when I used other ammo I was bored in fine.and had a nf in the second box.

I got 1000 rounds of this. Just shot it today and it consistently chronos 100fps slower than advertised. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Order another brand if you want full power ammo.
