The first time I took 7 boxes of the panzer 12-gauge, the second time i took 10 boxes to see if the problem occurred in more of the boxes. 1 or 2 rounds out of EVERY BOX would not fire. My frustration grew with every box i attempted to fire during both trips to the range. My Shotgun is my primary weapon for close quarter home defense. I maintain all my weapons in pristine condition with regular maintenance. My family's security is my utmost priority. I must have ammunition that is reliable. The panzer 12-gauge ammo is inferior and a unreliable product. I am asking for a full refund of my previous purchase of this ammunition, so that i may purchase a reliable and more reputable product of ammunition for my shotgun from your company. This product does not live up to its advertised performance.
