Purchased 50 rounds, but have only shot 18 so far. I've had no problems at all. Shoots nice and clean, and no duds. I love the federal ammo so far. My only knock was on the value....which I dropped down 1 notch. The price for the 50 round box is awesome, but the shipping and handling hurt the value...still when you can't find the ammo you are looking for locally, the shipping and handling isn't much of an issue. This ammo has proven to be the most accurate I've found out of a Remy 700 HB with a 1:12 twist. Had almost given up on accuracy with this rifle, but this load yielded 0.7 MOA (100 yds, calm day, off support).

I think if you are looking for great deals then don't look any farther.

I almost ordered these by mistake. I have a stash of the POINTED Soft point PSP that I run with excellent results out of my Maadi. The AK was designed to run spire pointed rounds which is correctly the PSP version of the PPU ammo. Round nose is a safety feature geared toward lever guns tubular magazines think 30-30 Winch or old tech 30-40 Krag. All of what I shot fed fired and ejected without complaint. Accuracy is acceptable.

Fed through my Sig P365 as well as my PCC beautifully, I feel very confident it will perform in a life or death situation

Sergio, you're spot on. It's an old style jhp with rumored poor expansion in short barrels (4-stars). I've got a CZ75 and SP-01, so I don't expect to see any problems. Federal Premium is always reliable; this is no different. (5-stars) Nothing special, but JHP of good quality. It wasn't the worst deal around — I was just resigned to buying DoubleTap for a lot more. I'd rather pay for this than that, or junk, or nothing at all. (3-stars just based on what 9mm SHOULD cost — and I'm sure not saying anything bad about Ammo.com — they're great.)

This is the ammo I've decided to use in my handgun. Given the velocity, the recoil is smooth, consistent and manageable. I'm on target with Fiocchi.

I have shot this brand of ammo before, it has always performed well in my semi-auto without jaming, and is very accurate in my particular weapon.

This ammo is smoking hot. Really fast. My groupings were better than with standard 230 gr. ammo. Gets the job done.

I have a bear creek arsenal upper in 223 wild with a 20inch SS slick side charge and man I'm telling you that this stuff shoots 5 shots into 1/2 inch groups all day long, I bought this ammo because it shoots as flat as a 22,250 55 grain bullets do, I've yet to shoot any yotees yet but when I do you guys will be the first to know, I can't wait!!!!!

The 185 grain cycled thru both my Glocks and Para-Ordnance 1911 LDA without any problems. The .40SW feed thru my Beretta Strorm Carbines and both were very accuate and fairly clean burining.

Ammo worked well no issues

this ammo shoots so smooth out my 3-inch model 36 Smith and Wesson that it allows my wife to group the shots very tight with a very slight muzzle flip at 40 feet. If I am not home, my wife can pick up the revolver and point and shoot without worrying about safety's, slides, magazines, clip in or out etc. - as she would have a lot of other things to think about in a pressure situation including threat assessment and visual target identification

Finally found a self defense round that feeds in my Taurus g3c.

This ammo is absolutely excellent, it ran flawlessly through my Glock 20 with no malfunctions. All of the rounds looked phenomenal no dinged casings, bad primers, or tarnishing on the casing or led bullet. This ammo is what I personally have loaded for my home defense round. Would I recommend this ammo to others? Yes, in fact I believe in it so much I trust my life to it.

Smooth transaction fast ship

Every ammo I have purchased and used that has the Federal name on it has been the creme de la creme in my book. The 147 grain JHP is no exception. Whether it's for my revolvers, pistols or long guns I have complete confidence when Federal is with me.

I hand load 55g blitzing for my AR and these performed exactly like my hand loads no adjustment in windage or elevation was needed. Although I didn't have time to run them through the chronograph with the performance at 100 yards I'd say the advertised velocity is spot on with a 24 inch barrel.

This is an amazing load out of a 9-inch Sig MCX pistol. Ran 10 rounds at 25 yards in less than a inch diameter, at an average velocity of 2150 fps with energy of 1129 ft-lbs - this load is why 300BLK is THE thing to run in your AR pistol/SBR.

Ran this ammo thru my Ruger AR with a Banish suppressor on, and everyone was amazed at how quiet it was, and when my target came back in, how accurate. Great ammo, would buy again.

When first got my Taurus Raging Judge I was worried about everything I had heard about recoil. Shot 20 rounds today and it was not bad at all. But what impressed me the most was it's accuracy. Getting more ammo today.

At 200 meters can hit a quarter from either a TCenter or Savage rifle. Kills buck deer with just one hit in the chest, same killing power as any 7mm or .30 caliber but with much less recoil. The 6.5 mm CM is the new standard to displace the .308 or .3006 ; why suffer more recoild with no more killing power?

These Speer Gold Dot 308, 150 grain shells are great in my Ruger SFAR. The rifle is picky about ammo and worked best with polymer tip ammo. I tried these Gold Dots in 150 grain from 100 to 200 yards. Minimal exposed lead tip and chrome plated cases were accurate and reliable. Ruger SFAR prefers 150 grain for accuracy and these hovered around 1 3/8-1 1/2" at 100 yards. Sig 1x6 Tango, 2nd focal plane. Great ammo in light weight package.

Excellent ammo. Shot several hundred rounds from from my GP-100, Ruger Redhawk .357, and Henry Big Boy Steel with no problems. Great ballistics, and very accurate. Will buy again.

I am VERY picky about the ammo I buy. I am looking for foot pounds of energy. Fiocchi delivers! I live in the foothills west of Denver,with the mountain lions and the bears. When I walk my pooch, my Ruger Redhawk 44 mag travels with me. I have run into bears, mountain lions, and I think a wolf one night. This is where the energy of the 44 mag comes in.

I have used and carried, due to the recorded performance in ballistic gel and the recorded results of various barrier penetrations. I definitely have no problem using as my EDC ammo on a daily basis

This ammunition runs well in short barrel suppressed weapon systems. High carbon buildup, but it is to be expected. I recommend buying this one in bulk.

Bought 500 rds. first mag, would not feed, S&W M&P, tried it in a Taurus 709 same thing, tried some in a hi-point 9mm, made it through the first mag then the second, hmm what;s up with this? third mag 2nd round no feed, 4th same. Sorry to say I wasted hard earned money on target and practice ammo I can't use. Don't buy.

I have and prefer the HST and Speer Gold Dots as my edc loads. The HST has the most expansion you can find in the gel tests if you pay attention to those. A bit pricey, but.....worth the extra for performance

This is the ammo that lives in my FN Reflex XL and it's been great on the range. Wish it was a bit cheaper but such is life.

Bought 250 rounds and shot 200 of them. Obviously absolutely no problems whatsoever as expected. These are pricey but how often are you firing massive rounds of self-defense ammo?
