Some time ago I picked up 1000 rounds of MBI ammo, probably through Lucky Gunner. I finally got around to using it, and my M9A3 had a ton of failure to feed issues. I picked up a 9mm Sherridan case guage, and out of the 1000 rnds, about 100 of them are bad. They literally get stuck in the gauge to the point you can't easily get them out... which is why the don't work. Pretty horrible QC and very unimpressive.

The ammo works great in my suppressed Taurus 22. It’s my new armadillo round on the farm.

Purchased 50 rounds, but have only shot 18 so far. I've had no problems at all. Shoots nice and clean, and no duds. I love the federal ammo so far. My only knock was on the value....which I dropped down 1 notch. The price for the 50 round box is awesome, but the shipping and handling hurt the value...still when you can't find the ammo you are looking for locally, the shipping and handling isn't much of an issue. CCI Standard Velocity: This ammunition handles it all. If your firearm experiences issues feeding or grouping with this load, the issue is almost certainly the gun itself, not the ammunition. It is highly recommended to buy it by the case. Ammo.com was fast and effiecient.

I run these through a Ruger 10/22 factory bull barrel. Benched shooting at 100 yards, they print Quarter sized groups.

Works well enough, only had a few malfunctions in 1000 rounds shot. My big gripe is that the jackets separate from the lead core as the bullet leaves your muzzle. This does seem to be widespread on the forums that I have read. Blazer has even responded via email and acknowledged that this does happen, something related to cost savings in the manufacture process to ensure cheaper prices for the end consumer. They say there is no risk of damage to your firearm, and I have no reason not to believe that. but there is a risk if you are using Blazer ammo in live-fire training exercises, where other students might be within close proximity. some instructors have even banned the use of Blazer ammo in their training classes. So basically it is a great cheap range ammo, if you don't mind the occasional speckling of copper bits on your targets. just don't use it for live fire training exercises where you are within close proximity to other people.

I shoot wadcutter at the range. Zero complaints. It's affordable and very reliable.

Works very nicely in a new 32 ACP PPK. Started with 100 rounds each of several manufacturers; choose the S&B target ammo based upon that experiment.

Only shot a dozen rounds at the range. Personal defense and carry ammo currently. Cycled great, no issues cycled cleanly, using it in my FN509, 12, 15, 24 rd mags. Again accurate, cycles clean, and no issues. Can't speak on stopping power, and hope to never have to.

wasnt sure how well my little lemon squezzer s&w would do but i didnt have any issues with the ammo. glad i could find such a weird caliber for a good price

I only want or will purchase this CCI product for my needs. Have tried other brands and they fail, might as well throw rocks. Live in a semi populated area and need to use 22 shorts to thin the squirrel population in my yard. This product gets the job done.

I plink'd about 100 rds so far and I am very pleased. This stuff shoots great.

Have run over 14,000 rounds(yes...that's fourteen-thousand- plus) through my Sig P229 and I believe maybe two or three were misfires. I am very satisfied with the product.

The box of this ammo I used was received as a gift from my brother for my 60th birthday. Normally, I wouldn't have purchased it myself, but being it was a gift, I used it for target practice and the occasional magazine of personal defense. The ammo functioned pretty much flawlessly in my personal Ruger LCP, but gave some feeding problems in a friends Ruger LCP due to it being a "flat point", so there is reason to be aware of possible feeding problems in some firearms. In my personal opinion, there are better options for practice, and definitely better options for concealed carry defensive ammo.

I put 40 rounds through my 1872 Uberti open top and every round went boom but not all hit the hanging metal plate I was shooting at. Must be something wrong with the ammo…. It couldn’t have been me! Bottom line is that it performed great and I’ll be purchasing more just as soon as I pay off my new glasses.

I spoke with Chris yesterday (28-November) I needed clarification on the rebate process from Winchester. He walked me through the process step by step, shared his own experience relating to the process. It's always reassuring when someone shares from a personal point of view, not just what's written, gave me some insight on timeframes, also advice, go to tje site first so i would know what was needed, a great help to because I'm buying from Ammo.com of course and there are time frames, so that was very helpful as well.. Chirs was patient, knowledge and insightful about all aspects of his product. Normally (as with most) I feel if I dont ask i wont get the full story, Chris always deep dives and goes further giving all needed for me to feel comfortable in my decision. I shot 60 rounds of this flat nose stuff along with a fair amount of PMC, Magtech, and Hornady to break in my new 2.0. Every one of these bullets fed, shot, and extracted smoothly. A flat nose 380 gives a smash cavity in your target instead of a round nose just slipping past tissue and deflecting off bone. Best choice for self d.

Good ammo, performs well in my Picky Sig322, but sometimes jams.

Fmj nice and clean. Fired 75 rounds all smooth and gun stayed cool.

Modern Super-X 44-40 hunting loads only get 1,190fps advertised, limiting this cartridge to only 100 yards. Mine chronographed 1,025fps. Original black powder factory loads achieved 1,325fps and were killers out to 300 yards, later reduced to 1,245, then back up to 1,325fps with smokeless loads. By the1960's they were reduced to 1,310fps when rifle powder was replaced by ball powders. By 1978 Winchester started using flake pistol powders, further reducing performance down to the now 1,190fps advertised velocity. Not to mention from 1903 to 1941, Winchester manufactured 1,565fps High Velocity loads used for the Model 92' Winchesters and other like rifles like the Marlin 1894. Winchester further nurtured the 44-40 with the mouse fart "Cowboy" reduced loads of only 900fps from a rifle. Thus I give the modern factory loads a 2 for performance, a 2 for value since folks are paying an arm and a leg for neutered ammunition. This ammo is great and actually cycles well out of my SR .22 Winchester Wildcat. It doesn't cycle out of the Ruger 10/22 but that's OK because I got it for the Wildcat for shooting pests in my backyard. I have the Sparrow Surpresor on it and it's more quite than a Benjamin pellet gun. Very accurate at 40 yards and it puts birds to sleep instantly. Great product!

The 185 grain cycled thru both my Glocks and Para-Ordnance 1911 LDA without any problems. The .40SW feed thru my Beretta Strorm Carbines and both were very accuate and fairly clean burining.

Shot ammo in a Glock 27 Gen 4 with very little problem. Ammo jammed a couple of times, but I don't think the ammo was the problem. I will buy more Prvi Partizan ( PPU) ammo when possible in .40 cal, 9mm, and 357 sig. Great stuff. Shoots cleaner than most other I have found.

Bought 1000 of these to teach myself how to shoot a snub nose Smith & Wesson. Gone through more than half. Each kicks the same. No miss fires. Come out of the cylinder easily. Will buy them again to keep in practice.

I do a LOT of shooting with rim fire .22 ammo and hunt small game for the pot. This ammo is accurate, and shot to shot quality is stellar. Best I've ever used and ordering more. A bit pricey but you pay for quality.

Gun jammed…. Bullet got stuck in the barrel, still shot 2 rounds than got jammed. Realized the bullet was stuck halfway through. Could’ve exploded in my face! Unfortunately no more Ammo Inc for me. Same thing happened to another gentleman on the range.

Bought this ammo based off of CCI name and brand. Do not buy. It wouldn't cycle in the Ruger 22. Constant problems and a long day at the range....

Atrocious performance in three different .45s: FNX-45, Glock 21, and 1911. Underpowered because it kept causing failure to eject and failure to load issues. Swapped this garbage out of the magazines with federal and all three were running smoothly. Avoid this brand

The casing will not load into chamber. Tried different rounds mostly all rounds due the same. My firearm is clean and has no issues. This is ammo deficit.

I had been hoping for prices to drop before I ran out of my existing supply but that wasn't happening. Then I ran across ammo.com and found these. I'd never had any of this brand before but I'm quite satisfied with the product and ammo.com. All my future purchases will be through ammo.com.

I have been practicing with this ammunition with good results since July 2023. I have qualified on the ICE Course with the JHP version with satisfactory results.

The ammo is well priced and I have had no jams in a bodyguard 2.0 which is a small pistol. The gun is relatively clean after use, it uses the bodyguard 2.0's 2 section ramp flawlessly. The ammunition is accurate and is good for a self defense gun. I will buy again.

No problem fired off 300 rounds with my 1911 no misfiring no feeding problem.

This ammo has the small primer pockets with no mention of it. I purchased 1000 rounds. When I noticed it had the small primers and contacted Ammo.com I was told it could not be exchanged for 45 ACP with the large pockets after 30 days, it was 31 days after the purchase. I reload everything so to me this is worthless. All they had to do is write one sentence, small primer pockets and I would have gone to the next 45 ammo. Now I will go to a different supplier.

I wasn’t able to shoot this ammo for about a month after ordering it and I was slightly concerned that it would malfunction but the ammo did great. Had a blast shooting and went through about 200 rounds yesterday, looking forwards to the rest of the ammo being shot.
