This was my first order from Ammo.com and I was not disappointed. The 1000 rounds came packaged securely, was reasonably priced and arrived on time. I use these as range ammo in my 3 revolvers; S & W 686-6 357 mag, S & W Airweight 38 snub nose and my Ruger LCR 38 snub nose.They work and that's all I can ask. They perform well, and are fine for an indoor range with good ventilation. I will use these again. I also use Hornady Critical Defense 110 gr JHP in the 38s at home and Winchester in my 686 at home for self defense if needed.

These Speer Gold Dot 308, 150 grain shells are great in my Ruger SFAR. The rifle is picky about ammo and worked best with polymer tip ammo. I tried these Gold Dots in 150 grain from 100 to 200 yards. Minimal exposed lead tip and chrome plated cases were accurate and reliable. Ruger SFAR prefers 150 grain for accuracy and these hovered around 1 3/8-1 1/2" at 100 yards. Sig 1x6 Tango, 2nd focal plane. Great ammo in light weight package.

I have had a chance to use a few of the rounds, and am happy with the performance. No jams, and true flight.

Very reliable ammo and consistent. A little on the pricey side but you get Hornady quality.

I have went thru about 200 rounds so far. Tight groups and no problems whatsoever. I have been trying out different ammo for different AR's. I typically buy 1,000--2,000 rounds at a time. I try to keep the cost as close to 40 cents per round as I can get. This was 57.5 cents per round (but I wanted to give it a try). Again, nothing bad to say about this ammo--but the price will probably keep me from ordering more. Also--I prefer 62 grain (75 and 77 grain would be my top choices, but (usually) the cost is prohibitive). Very good ammo.

Ammo would look better if the aluminum casing was replaced with brass.

This is my first purchanse from Ammo.com, but it won't be my last. I've ordered ammo from several web sites, all promising the lowest price for the same ammo. In a direct comparison, this is the lowest price for exactly the same ammo. The ammo came well packaged in 50-round sets and fired flawlessly. Hard to complain about that.

Don't normally fire .357; use 38 special +p hollow points in the bedside table and 38 special leaded for practice. the 357 was hot and after 50 rds, i felt it in my sholder.

I bought this stuff just to try it, really. I've only fired about 20 of the 50 rounds by now. I will say that I experienced no issues with it (jams, etc.), and it's easy to put on-target from up to 25 yards. It did leave a little extra soot in my Glock 19, and it produces a fairly strong "burnt powder" smell when fired. Not a big issue at all, but it does seem to fire "dirtier" than most ammo I'm used to. I don't have much experience with Frangible ammo, but it seemed to work exactly as advertised.

I wish the shooter performed as well as these rounds! I shoot 250 and one week I was red hot and the second round I was cold! So basically When it was warmer I thought the rounds shot hot....but in the cooler weather the gun performed better. These were an excellent target round for shooting skeet for the price!

The ammo worked well and reliably in my Desert Eagle, with no jams or malfunctions. I would recommend it anytime.

So far I have shot 2 boxs, all rounds fired, grouping was O.K. for cheap ammo. Planning to buy more.

Very accurate round and grain of bullet. 225 yard shot on huge doe (almost 200 pound hoof weight) and one shot deer ran almost 25 yards and we were field dressing the deer. Only regret was that no bucks were seen and end of day and season.

American made ammo that has functioned flawlessly in my Ruger Mark IV!

The Wolf 125 gr SP is very effective on deer and hogs. Accurate and performs well in harvests within 100 yards, according to my experience. No feeding or failure to fire issues encountered when used in BCA 7.62x39 AR platforms. Same trouble free operation and effectiveness in PSA, VSKA types as well. Great choice for hunting.

Great shells with excellent quality however they do measure long. I have a Mosseberg 590 Tactical, normally holds 8 in the tube. These shells are longer than normal 2 3/4” and thus can only load 7. Need another 1/2” to get 8 in.

These are good shells, and high quality from a name you know. Pretty good valve as well, so you can probably afford to shoot all day!

Don't get for AR in 7.62 HP`s do not cycle unless you give the feed channel where the lower meets the barrels chamber a little attention a file and sand paper did the trick after about 10 freaking hrs =( I gave 4 stars on quality cause I hate steel but oh well just shtf backup ammo I planned on storing Ty Ammo Dot net for speedy service o7

It looks odd since it’s a grey casing but I had zero malfunctions and feeding issues with my Glock. It has a low muzzle flash compared more expensive rounds and packs a punch

The ammo shoots perfectly out of my picky 1911. I had zero malfunctions out of 500 rounds shot. Fiocchi ammo gave me an average of one malfunction / 50 rounds shot. My only gripes are that the bullets look a little dirty, which of course had no issue with performance. And mostly the only thing I didn't like was that the tray the bullets come in is made out of Styrofoam so it leaves little foam bits all over the counter at the range.... All in all I would buy again.

I recently got a S&W 380 and tried a few different types of ammo. The Federal 380 99 grain was the clear winner with me. Shoots consistently accurate with no flawed rounds. Will be my go to choice for this gun.

I've fired around 200 rounds of this ammo now through a Draco mini and have had no problems at all - just load, point, and shoot. Good, sturdy, light infantry bullet. Will definitely continue using it.

Hornady is top notch as we all know and the service and ease of ammo.com makes it thst much better.

Would of given it a perfect 5, but as you very well know, there ain't nothing perfect in this world. 1) chambered well 2) kept a good tight pattern ( within a inch at 100 yards) 3) ejected fine , without any problems 4) went through 137 rounds ( playing around) and there were no mishaps or any type of problems with the steel casing's IN SUMMARY : FIXING TO ORDER MY SECOND BATCH OF 500 ROUNDS, TODAY !!!

Recently shot 300 rounds in Walther ppq q5 SF, Canik Tp9SF, Sar9 USA and Ruger PC9 carbine. I had no misfires or FTE problems and the ammo was very accurate. When cleaning guns found little to no residue. I was very impressed and would buy again

I bought this ammo for my Marlin 1895 after purchasing a different brand of ammo initially for my first range session that I was happy with Accuracy wise for the most part but not so much with the power of the rounds. Well i can tell you that these Prvi rounds performed well across the board, accuracy, quality and big power, which is what I wanted in the rounds I'd be using for this rifle both at the range and in the woods. I try to practice with the same or similar rounds I'd be using when hunting or for self defense. train how you fight is what I was taught. buy these rounds and you wont be disappointed.

Bought a box of this to use as economical practice ammo. Shot all 50 rounds without any problems, in an old 15 round and a new 30 round magazine. My early Universal Carbine seems to love it. Althought I can't quantify it, it does appear to be a little dirty compared to the Remington I have used, but that is what a cleaning kit is for. Will save the more expensive ammo for personal defense, but will buy more of the TulAmmo for target practice!

After firing less than a dozen rounds, the amount of carbon buildup, left over on the breach and the spent casing is something I’ve never had before. Very dirty ammo.

I shot a bunch of Federal, Sig Sauer, but my AR really liked this stuff out at 100 yards. The Sig performed well too. The Federal was all over the place. I was shooting light grains. Good clean quality accurate ammo. The price is great too.

I've run this through a couple different .22 rifles and it's always cycled. Great for plinking.

Bought 400 rounds not one missfire or jam. Fired true at 100 yards . Expensive for 22LR but does fires true and clean

I do a LOT of shooting with rim fire .22 ammo and hunt small game for the pot. This ammo is accurate, and shot to shot quality is stellar. Best I've ever used and ordering more. A bit pricey but you pay for quality.

Punched right through 1/4 inch steel plate like hot butter. Same plate easily stops steel core .223 rounds.

We shot a few hundred rounds through several handguns. The only one that had any trouble was my wife's Si P938 (9mm). A few FTF even though the primer cap was dented it wasn't hard enough to set off the primer.

1 particular 1911 it’s flawless where other brands of ammo it’ll stovepipe..However it’s good in all my 1911s..

Bought a box and they overall worked fine as far as accuracy, but out of every 20-25 bullets one of them does not fire...bummer

Great round never had to look for game,dropped in spot from 75 to 200 yards each shot . Price could stand to be more affordable . Reloading is always an option .

Military grade green tip ammo it has a steel core and is magnetic. perfectly annealed brass boxer primed reloadable cases. It is a bit pricey at $1.19 per round after shipping . So it's not for people with short pockets or shooting at worthless paper. These get stored with my zombie apocalypse or S.H.T.F ammo supply Would buy again just because you can never have too much ammo ????

I have a SW Shield EZ and Glock 17, and I shoot CCI Brass and aluminum and they have never given problems. For my guns, it is a good deal. Shot metal jacket and had shavings on the slide and malfunction. CCI Brass and Aluminum have never given me a problem.

This is likely the storage of the ammo, not the ammo itself. The brass showed corrosion/scuffs/blemishes. The cartridge was not damaged and, I've already taken a deer with it, but was surprised it did not look 'new' I was also hoping for not having to trail much, and I didn't get the effect I wanted in that department.

Shot these at 100 yards and was impressed by the roughly 1 moa group i got from my grendel AR. not bad for cheap steel "plinking" ammo.

I know most people would say the 123 gr is the optimized bullet weight for the Grendel but I have found the 115 gr PPU to be the most accurate and long shooting of the rounds I have tried so far.

It is perfect for target and practice. If you were to use it as a tool for defense or protection, a more durable FMJ would be a better choice. I am more interested in playing than owning a tool.

I got a Great buy from AMMO.COM on the ammo that I bought for my 500 S&W Mag. I'm very happy with pattern which the ammo holds in the target.

I got a box of this stuff, and from the free container to the packaging to the asthetics of the ammo it looks like this company may be a very promissing ammo provider. I wish they would only add in a few more grains.

I purchased a Savage A17 several years ago. 1st and only weapon of this calibre. Before buying what to me was a novelty rifle I did a lot of reading about the ammo. Savage, in their literature, says to use this ammo to feed this rifle. It has been engineered and tested to run in this gun. So I have exclusively. Never had a problem with weapon or ammo, other than the plastic "drum" magazine. If a manufacturer were to develop a metal mag it would sell out I imagine. I have no idea of other .17s, don't have any and never fired any. This ammo is so fast and flat that at 200y where you'd be expecting some drop it doesn't happen. So either zero at that distance or aim a little high. The reticles in your scope don't compensate for this round. As to pricing, CCI knows they have the market for this rifle, albeit there was a lot of testing to get a round that works consistently, I still think they're charging a bit more than they should/round.

Shot a box of 150 rounds. Dirty but no problems. Dirty as leaves black on hands and dirt in barrel.

Used .308 Win in 180gr. Everything was cool, until I chronographed some. Came in at 2650fps, which to me is firstly too fast on African game, and closer to max pressure than I am comfortable with. Other than that, good ammo and cases (been reloading my used factory ammo cases, no issues).

I have owned my M-1 Carbine since the early 90's, fired it many, many times & I have NEVER had any feeding issues, reloading issues or jams. I bought this ARMSCOR 30 Carbine.The quality seemed good, the price was great but, shooting a Ten round magazine I would have upwards of Three to Four jams, almost every time. The final solution was to lube the heck out of the bore & a little on the tips of the rounds themselves; then the amount of jams decreased to One or Two jams per TWO Ten round clips. All in all I am very pleased with the quality & the price. I recommend this product for its value alone.

Use it to get familiar with the operation of the new rifle. First round split the back 1/4" off the casing and I had to fish the rest out of the chamber. No issues with remaining 39 rounds. 1.5" group at 100 yards.

I purchased the 960 round case and have shot 60 rounds with 1 FTF. Shoots a tight group and seems to be fairly clean. Excellent range ammo for the cost. I will buy more at the $.52 per round with shipping included.

I have about 400 rounds through my Browning SA 22 and Hight Standard outlet Nine. The are accurate and run well through the Browning but are difficult to load and extract from my revolver. The cases are very tight in the cylinder. I thought the cylinder might be dirty at first but after cleaning there was no improvement. Remington and Federal loaded and extracted with no problem

Heavy carbon fouling. It is accurate enough.

Product info says 990 fps, manufacturer says 1083. That's the difference between subsonic and supersonic depending on elevation and temperature... I was hoping for subsonic performance for quieter plinking.

I went to the range to try out my new AK47. The ammo was what I had expected every round fired fine. The biggest problem is that ammo has become very expensive. I very conscious of how much I will shoot.

Of the last two cases I received, I’ve shot 4 boxes at the sporting clays range. It was very strange but of those boxes, 2 of the shells had been crushed with the metal rim folded down, making them unshootable. (Of course)

Ammo fed reliably with the exception of 2 misfeeds out of 220rds and was pretty accurate; however, it has got to be some of the dirtiest ammo I've ever used.

Not at the Federal level. God knows what kind of restrictions exist in some of the more helsilh SSR's, but here in Tennessee, your ammo purchases are restricted only by your bank acount and the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of your ride.

My Sauer 100 .243 did not like this round, would not feed it smoothly had to jam it in. Once I fired two rounds hit 4 1/2 " high at 100 and had a .99 spread

I bought 500 rounds of the 556 FMJ out of the first few boxes (60 rounds) 11 have failed to fire. Firing pin struck the bullet but no boom. Will not be purchasing again.

This ammo is waaaaayyyy overpriced

first time I used this ammo, started out good but then it started jamming, Used 5 different clips but the rounds would not cycle all the way. I had 350 rounds of cci brass, Shot the full 350 with no hang up.

And had light primer strikes like every ten rounds or so.

Good ammo when it works. I bought 40 rounds of 6.5 carcono and have shot 25 rounds and 6 out of those 25 misfired

Purchased 500 rounds of this ammo, not having good luck with jamming problem. Don’t know yet if it’s the gun or ammo. Shooting in a new 22 mag S&W ?

This Ammo shoots well, However when trying to reload the brass I broke 2 decapping pins in my sizing die. I cut the head off two cases and found the flash hole is off center. So even though the ammo shoots well it cannot be reloaded.

Price was pretty good. But constant jamming and feeding issues in all 3 of our weapons. Casings seem soft. Not sure about that though. They did stay in decent groupings on the target at 50 yards. Oh and the damn boxes all came apart, had to just dump em all into a bucket. Frustrating because I like to just take one or two boxes to the range. But anyway.

alot of missfires&some of the shells were bent

I do not have misfires with my Ruger Mini 30 and American ammo. I have fired 120 rounds of Tula so far from my Ruger Mini 30. Four (4) boxes had two (2) misfires each. Two (2) boxes had one (1) misfire each . There should not be any misfires. This ammo could cost someone their life one day.

This was worse than black powder. Took over two hours to get my gun halfway clean after one round of clays. Contacted the mfr…nada.

Gun jammed…. Bullet got stuck in the barrel, still shot 2 rounds than got jammed. Realized the bullet was stuck halfway through. Could’ve exploded in my face! Unfortunately no more Ammo Inc for me. Same thing happened to another gentleman on the range.

Bought 500 rds. first mag, would not feed, S&W M&P, tried it in a Taurus 709 same thing, tried some in a hi-point 9mm, made it through the first mag then the second, hmm what;s up with this? third mag 2nd round no feed, 4th same. Sorry to say I wasted hard earned money on target and practice ammo I can't use. Don't buy.

Bought a case and tried to shoot it in my Tri Star Setter but the shells don't fit in the barrels. Too tight so gun jams when closing. Very odd. No issues with other brands. Assume I just got a bad case.

Took my new Benelli Nova Pump to the range and the first 4 shells in a row (from 2 separate boxes) fired fine, but jammed the fore-end so I couldn't eject the shell without very forcefully yanking back. I assume the brass casing expanded way more than it should have. I then tried 4 different brands and each worked flawlessly. Put the Rio back in and it jammed immediately. I ended up switching to an over-under gun and they performed fine in that. So, they may work fine for you in a different type of gun, but I wouldn't recommend them for a Benelli pump.

Awful! On a Glock 19 experienced a phenomenal about one misfire in ten (primer dented, but not firing). Same round could then be fired (most of the time) in a Glock 17, where the misfire rate was only about 1 in 25. Experienced same (1:25) error rate shooting in both a Sig320 and HK MP5K. This is the ONLY band ammo we have had any problems with, including cheap CHinese stuff. Same guns fired 10K rounds of Remmington in the months prior this purchase and experienced NO misfires.

First box was all to the left and when I used other ammo I was bored in fine.and had a nf in the second box.

Jammed every other round. Very disappointed.

Bought a box and loaded 4 ten round magazines. Had 6 failures to fire in those 40 rounds. Unfired rounds had nice deep firing pin strikes. Turned a few over and tried again with no luck. Called the Winchester/Olin number on the box and a recording said to contact them on the website, then hung up. The website says they really want to help if you will just fill out this lengthy contract sheet. I guess this is the modern way some companies treat customers but for me it's the last Winchester product I'll buy.

The ammo is very good; the faster velocity makes the 40 gr. bullet a more accurate round over the 1235 fps. ammo. It is also a lot louder than your average round fired. All and all, this ammo works very well in my Browning Buck Mark Carbine.

I've been using Tula in my XDM .45 for plinking and have had no issues so I thought I'd give these a try, but the Tula .223 Rem 55gr malfunctions VERY often in my modern sporting rifle. Every 2-4 rounds caused a failure to eject/cycle, or double feed. I've had NO issues with brass in the same rifle. Not worth the pennies saved, I won't be buying Tula .223 again or even finishing the rounds I bought.

I've already had several (over 70) misfires (4 boxes in) from 5 types of guns = did not expect that.

I was excited to try this ammo. I have been shooting primarily 22lr lately. I was very surprised and disappointed with this ammo. Every magazine (10 shots) produced miss-fires, eject failures, I would says for every 10 shots I had an average of 2-4 problems. I would expect this from a budget round but not from a CCI product. I struggled to get through my first of 3 containers. I have 2 left and I won’t be using them again in my pistols, I’ll try them in a rifle but I’m done trying the ammo in a pistol. It’s says that it is 308 Win ammo but it’s actually 7.62x51mm. Just thought it should specify

Atrocious performance in three different .45s: FNX-45, Glock 21, and 1911. Underpowered because it kept causing failure to eject and failure to load issues. Swapped this garbage out of the magazines with federal and all three were running smoothly. Avoid this brand

The casing will not load into chamber. Tried different rounds mostly all rounds due the same. My firearm is clean and has no issues. This is ammo deficit.

I got 1000 rounds of this. Just shot it today and it consistently chronos 100fps slower than advertised. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Order another brand if you want full power ammo.

I bought 500 rounds of this, fired less than 10 rounds, and I will never load another round from this manufacturer. My new Taurus Judge Magnum has at least 1 probably 2 bullets lodged in the barrel. I've never experienced bullet slip before and didn't immediately pick up on the problem while my little brother was shooting. The 1st 6 rounds were normal. Bullets 7 & 8 didn't make a loud bang, more of a poof. A competition shooter that happened to be at the range heard it & said "check the barrel". I ran to my brother and I stopped him before #9. Sure enough the barrel is completely blocked. This was the 4th time this gun has been to the range and the 1st time I've used this ammunition. We were at the range to dial in the new red dot when this happened. The gentleman explained to me that this is the result of the bullet not being crimped properly. He went on to point out that a failure rate of 2/8 suggests very poor quality control. I believe what he told me. My NEW gun is effectively useless because of poor quality control & bad crimps. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. Can I return this junk?

I bought one box of this just to try out.. I was shooting it through my LCP, granted I haven't shot much, just one mag, 7 rounds, had one that the primer dented and didnt go off, reloaded it and it fired.. but i still have 40+ rounds to try

I ran these through my brand new rifle. And it did not cycle. I thought maybe it just needed a break in period but I ran a different ammo and it cycled. Just fine, my buddy put this ammo. Through his rifle and same thing, it would not cycle consistently. Not accurate at all. Just to all around garbage
