The ammo works great in my suppressed Taurus 22. It’s my new armadillo round on the farm.

Purchased 50 rounds, but have only shot 18 so far. I've had no problems at all. Shoots nice and clean, and no duds. I love the federal ammo so far. My only knock was on the value....which I dropped down 1 notch. The price for the 50 round box is awesome, but the shipping and handling hurt the value...still when you can't find the ammo you are looking for locally, the shipping and handling isn't much of an issue. Just bought a Rossi 22RS and only had one 10rnd mag that came with it, took about 3 days & 7 local ammo stores not having any before I found ammo.com after a short two day wait my order showed up on my door and I couldn't be happier I will be ordering more thank you much appreciated from NH

This ammo has proven to be the most accurate I've found out of a Remy 700 HB with a 1:12 twist. Had almost given up on accuracy with this rifle, but this load yielded 0.7 MOA (100 yds, calm day, off support).

Shoots good for bulk ammo, a little waxy, so a few extra FTFs. You will have to keep up with cleaning your firearm each time or wipe down ammo before loading magazines

I shoot this and numerous other brands of 17 HMR bullets out of a scoped, old age and bad eyes, CZ 452 bolt action rifle and over the past 17 years I have not had any problems with this or any other brand of 17s. The quality of brass and bullets are par for Winchester, I’m satisfied with it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more should I need it, Have a sufficient supply for now.

Needed consistently low intensity loads to shoot through a valuable older antique collectible revolver. Did not want to damage the gun. This is the ammo for this situation. Couldn’t find it anywhere else. Thank you ammo.com

I almost ordered these by mistake. I have a stash of the POINTED Soft point PSP that I run with excellent results out of my Maadi. The AK was designed to run spire pointed rounds which is correctly the PSP version of the PPU ammo. Round nose is a safety feature geared toward lever guns tubular magazines think 30-30 Winch or old tech 30-40 Krag. All of what I shot fed fired and ejected without complaint. Accuracy is acceptable.

This is the ammo I've decided to use in my handgun. Given the velocity, the recoil is smooth, consistent and manageable. I'm on target with Fiocchi.

This round is not very popular but it is for a gun my dad left me. I smile every time I shoot it. The service and product is excellent.

Speaking specifically of 45 ball ammo. Years ago I once had a AD inside my house. I was amazed at the performance. It went thru 3 walls, changed direction 3x due to hitting wall studs before finally stopping against the inside brick cavity at the exterior of the house. I recovered the bullet and it had only minor deformation. Since then I keep and extra mag of Ball just in case.

Was looking for Silver State but they went out of business go I bought this ammo and boy am I glad I bought Hornady. I bought 2250 rounds of it for some reason, and I still have about 1800 left and in these times, I am glad I done so this a great all-around ammo hunting home defense and just doing some target practice. I was glad to read law enforcement is thinking about using this round. Bad guys look out is all I have to say!

Great value great performance consistently accurate really happy with this ammo

I've been using this brand for some time and must say it is excellent. It may be a slight bit dirtier than the CCI and Winchester ammo I used in the past. I have never had a misfire or jam with this ammo and always smooth ejections from my guns. The accuracy is outstanding from bullet to bullet. I highly recommend this ammo to the hunter or non completion target shooter. You will NOT be disappointed with this ammos all around performance.

I have a bear creek arsenal upper in 223 wild with a 20inch SS slick side charge and man I'm telling you that this stuff shoots 5 shots into 1/2 inch groups all day long, I bought this ammo because it shoots as flat as a 22,250 55 grain bullets do, I've yet to shoot any yotees yet but when I do you guys will be the first to know, I can't wait!!!!!

Use this for deer hunting, very accurate, taken 2 deer , 1 standing at 140 yards and 1 running at 80 yards away, both dropped on the spot, the bullet causes alot of damage for its size, only down fall the soft lead tip sometime get messed up when loading from a mag

After two purchases of this ammo, can only recommend if you enjoy cleaning your guns after every shooting session. Good price, but very dirty, caused failure to feeds in semi auto rifle and pistol, gummed up revolver cylinder enough to where I could barely push rounds in. Seems to be covered in a rubbery, gummy substance. If you can't afford anything else (like I couldn't), better than nothing. You'll spend the savings on solvent cleaning your guns.

I always look for Sellier & Bellot ammo since it simply works!

Bought a fairly new Mossberg 702 Plinkster Bought 500 rounds of various ammo to test. Had no issues with this box, it was cheap and as accurate as any other in this cheap gun. Had some jamming issues with another brand, not with this stuff.

Put 100 rounds thru my p95 ruger.No jamming issues,smooth recoil,and good penetration.

These rounds are like a band. They jam! All jokes aside, I'm on my first box, and I've had numerous jams. 7 jams in 50 rounds. That's also with 2 different magazines to feed these rounds.

Cost twice as much as other brands. No difference in accuracy at 25 yards from a benchrest than the cheap stuff thru my new Mossberg 702 Plinkster . This did not jam, but neither did 8 other brands/models. all much cheaper.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, this ammo works great. I have dropped aoudad in their tracks at 385 and those guys are notoriously tough. Fantastic accuracy and reliability.

My lady and I love PSA RIFLES! We had a hard time finding accureet ammo that ran through psa 16" .300 blk out upper but this ammo is flawless and got my 13 yr old son his first youth hunt deer that didn't go more than 40 yards!! Amazing ammo with our set up !!!

Easier to shoot than my .45 colt. More precise SW 500 ammo. I can't tell the difference between 300 grain and 500 grain. Both accurate and not much change in recoil. Want recoil?!! Don't shoot a bear load unless your wrists are tough.

The 185 grain cycled thru both my Glocks and Para-Ordnance 1911 LDA without any problems. The .40SW feed thru my Beretta Strorm Carbines and both were very accuate and fairly clean burining.

I was testing a new Canik TTI combat and had numerous stove pipes, failure to battery and miss fires. I believe it was the firearm and not the ammo.

All of the JHP's performed well. Had several jams with the FMJ ammo, but, overall, performed well. Will purchase again when needed.

I hand load 55g blitzing for my AR and these performed exactly like my hand loads no adjustment in windage or elevation was needed. Although I didn't have time to run them through the chronograph with the performance at 100 yards I'd say the advertised velocity is spot on with a 24 inch barrel.

My 270 loves this ammo, Elk, Blacktail Deer, Whitetail Deer and Antelope are no match for this solid round. Drops it where it stands. I will not shoot anything else but this bullet, 130 gr.

This is an amazing load out of a 9-inch Sig MCX pistol. Ran 10 rounds at 25 yards in less than a inch diameter, at an average velocity of 2150 fps with energy of 1129 ft-lbs - this load is why 300BLK is THE thing to run in your AR pistol/SBR.

Good cartridges and easy to handle. Having shot just 10 rounds the accuracy is pretty impressive at 100 yards.

Ran this ammo thru my Ruger AR with a Banish suppressor on, and everyone was amazed at how quiet it was, and when my target came back in, how accurate. Great ammo, would buy again.

Tight, tight groups from my Weatherby with a 7.5” twist. Consistently less than an inch at 100 yards. If there’s a flier, I know it’s me, not the ammo.

22wmr 30 grain hp are the best / most accurate wmr I’ve ever used

Best 62 gr round Ive used. I shoot a .223 Wylde barrel on a AR -15 used for matches. These perform close to as well as hand loads made for the rifle. I would use them for more than practicing anytime

I bought 500 rounds a year or so ago and have really enjoyed it. I use it in my Ruger LCP and have had no problems at all. It's smooth shooting. easy to load and what more can I say, some of the best ammo I've used. The price was excellent. I always check the site for great deals and have found them.

When first got my Taurus Raging Judge I was worried about everything I had heard about recoil. Shot 20 rounds today and it was not bad at all. But what impressed me the most was it's accuracy. Getting more ammo today.

Very good ammunition at a much more affordable price .

At 200 meters can hit a quarter from either a TCenter or Savage rifle. Kills buck deer with just one hit in the chest, same killing power as any 7mm or .30 caliber but with much less recoil. The 6.5 mm CM is the new standard to displace the .308 or .3006 ; why suffer more recoild with no more killing power?

I have had a chance to use a few of the rounds, and am happy with the performance. No jams, and true flight.

I am VERY picky about the ammo I buy. I am looking for foot pounds of energy. Fiocchi delivers! I live in the foothills west of Denver,with the mountain lions and the bears. When I walk my pooch, my Ruger Redhawk 44 mag travels with me. I have run into bears, mountain lions, and I think a wolf one night. This is where the energy of the 44 mag comes in.

I bought this stuff just to try it, really. I've only fired about 20 of the 50 rounds by now. I will say that I experienced no issues with it (jams, etc.), and it's easy to put on-target from up to 25 yards. It did leave a little extra soot in my Glock 19, and it produces a fairly strong "burnt powder" smell when fired. Not a big issue at all, but it does seem to fire "dirtier" than most ammo I'm used to. I don't have much experience with Frangible ammo, but it seemed to work exactly as advertised.

Right price, no issues whatsoever. Shot without issues in my Sig X-5 and my wife's Firestar. Recommend it

These are good shells, and high quality from a name you know. Pretty good valve as well, so you can probably afford to shoot all day!

Shot about 50 rounds through Ruger super Redhawk. lots of punch, good clean shell. Considering today's prices, good value.

No misfires, reduction of recoil, just as accurate if not better than FMJ rounds.

I've run this through a couple different .22 rifles and it's always cycled. Great for plinking.

I do a LOT of shooting with rim fire .22 ammo and hunt small game for the pot. This ammo is accurate, and shot to shot quality is stellar. Best I've ever used and ordering more. A bit pricey but you pay for quality.

Punched right through 1/4 inch steel plate like hot butter. Same plate easily stops steel core .223 rounds.

Not bad performs as it should. Im satisfied with the performance so far. No misfires yet although I haven't shot too much but ill do another review if I run into issues. Shot a couple hundred out of my bolt action

Wonderful damage to targets

This is likely the storage of the ammo, not the ammo itself. The brass showed corrosion/scuffs/blemishes. The cartridge was not damaged and, I've already taken a deer with it, but was surprised it did not look 'new' I was also hoping for not having to trail much, and I didn't get the effect I wanted in that department.

A pleasant surprise for quality in value provided and accuracy. Performed well in 3 different firearms ( 2 pistols, 1 carbine style rifle) . Had previous excellent experience with various loads of .22 caliber offerings from this manufacturer.

Used .308 Win in 180gr. Everything was cool, until I chronographed some. Came in at 2650fps, which to me is firstly too fast on African game, and closer to max pressure than I am comfortable with. Other than that, good ammo and cases (been reloading my used factory ammo cases, no issues).

This ammunition runs well in short barrel suppressed weapon systems. High carbon buildup, but it is to be expected. I recommend buying this one in bulk.

I have about 400 rounds through my Browning SA 22 and Hight Standard outlet Nine. The are accurate and run well through the Browning but are difficult to load and extract from my revolver. The cases are very tight in the cylinder. I thought the cylinder might be dirty at first but after cleaning there was no improvement. Remington and Federal loaded and extracted with no problem

This Ammo shoots well, However when trying to reload the brass I broke 2 decapping pins in my sizing die. I cut the head off two cases and found the flash hole is off center. So even though the ammo shoots well it cannot be reloaded.

alot of missfires&some of the shells were bent

Bought 500 rds. first mag, would not feed, S&W M&P, tried it in a Taurus 709 same thing, tried some in a hi-point 9mm, made it through the first mag then the second, hmm what;s up with this? third mag 2nd round no feed, 4th same. Sorry to say I wasted hard earned money on target and practice ammo I can't use. Don't buy.

The ammo is very good; the faster velocity makes the 40 gr. bullet a more accurate round over the 1235 fps. ammo. It is also a lot louder than your average round fired. All and all, this ammo works very well in my Browning Buck Mark Carbine.

I've already had several (over 70) misfires (4 boxes in) from 5 types of guns = did not expect that.

Bought a brick of this ammo when I purchased a 22 long rifle conversion for my AR. It would not cycle! Also tried it in a AR style 22 rifle. Would not cycle!

Can’t lose with CCI

I can confirm the previous review. My Taurus will not feed them. I never had a problem with CCI. Yes, the square tip of the hollow point jams. But they also don't feed through the magazines consistently. And some get stuck in the barrel itself - as if they are not dimensionally consistent and the ones that jam are a little too wide. I have about 5,000 rounds that are useless. Really disappointed with the Winchester brand.

Bought 250 rounds and shot 200 of them. Obviously absolutely no problems whatsoever as expected. These are pricey but how often are you firing massive rounds of self-defense ammo?

Sub 2 MOA with service M-14 open sights. Bettered comparable match loads by Hornady, Remington, Black Hills by at least 1/2 MOA. Bring more of this into stock!

This is my second purchase of this ammo. The first purchase was 60 rounds. I had a great time zeroing and shoot the rifle suppressed. This ammo out performed my expectations. This purchase was 200 rounds for $342.00 including shipping. So $1.60 delivered to the front door was worth it to me. Happy shooting.

No surprise here but the price per round shows as 63.8 cents. With shipping and sales tax, that easily went to about 85 cents. I did receive it in a timely fashion and it was well-padded in a cardboard box but would have preferred different packing from the factory. My error. A range pack means loose rounds inside a box. The ammo itself is so-so for its intended purpose. I also purchased Belom 7.62x39 (no longer available here) and cannot address ammo quality yet, but the factory packaging (20 rounds per PLASTIC case) was phenomenal.
