    Igman is straight up military surplus. Its not supposed to be match ammo and it definitely is not. But, for the consistency I was seeing and the light recoil, it was an outstanding value. It goes BANG. It will hold about 4 MOA at 100. But the surplus rifle I was firing is guaranteed to deliver 5 MOA at 100. This stuff will definitely not get any volunteers to be targets. Even out to 800 meters. Just remember: this is MILITARY ammo.

    I purchased the Federal .308 American Eagle 150 grain FMJ-BT to shoot in my new FN FAL rifle, and boy was I impressed because I had never tried this ammo before. I was shooting at 50 and100 yards and getting .25" to .50" groupings. Also I had some Remington Cor-Lokt with me and it was noticeable that the Federal American Eagle had more recoil than the Remington. As a final note I shot 10 rounds at 250 yds at a clump of grass the size of a basketball and hit it every time from a hilltop on a powerline. Great ammo.

    Proven reliability, accuracy and a very reasonable price. A ten shot group at 200 under 1.5 inches from a rest and slow fire (ten in two minutes) a 10× power scope setting. Clean burning ammo from a M1A " loaded" NM 22 inch barrel and double set trigger.

    I ran these through my brand new rifle. And it did not cycle. I thought maybe it just needed a break in period but I ran a different ammo and it cycled. Just fine, my buddy put this ammo. Through his rifle and same thing, it would not cycle consistently. Not accurate at all. Just to all around garbage

    We fired over 300 rds on the range from 15 to 100 yards. The Black Hills 556 and 223 is absolutely the finest rifle ammo our agency ever used. It will save your life if ever in a gun battle with bad guys.
