I haven't fired any of the rounds I recently purchased, but having used Remington ammunition before, I know it's very high quality. I've heard some glowing reviews of the Golden Sabre ammunition, and I can't wait to try it out.

Bought 500 rds. first mag, would not feed, S&W M&P, tried it in a Taurus 709 same thing, tried some in a hi-point 9mm, made it through the first mag then the second, hmm what;s up with this? third mag 2nd round no feed, 4th same. Sorry to say I wasted hard earned money on target and practice ammo I can't use. Don't buy.

If you are looking for the best personal defense ammo, Speer gold dot is it. Shoots flawlessly and extremely accurate. Have shot gold dot out my Sig P365 and my Glock 19 and 47 without a problem.

Speer Gold Dot is the best. We have been shooting it for years at my Department! It’s proven, reliable and in my opinion, the Gold Standard!

I ended up placing an order during the pandemic and couldn’t have had a better ammo buying experience. Not only were they the only company with Gold Dot in stock, they also had it to me within just a few days! The order was exactly what I wanted, packaged well in the box, and all the ammo was in good condition. I will definitely be buying from ammo.com again!

Couldn't find any ammo locally, but like everything in Washington and crude oil, there seems to be a shortage in brains and pipelines. I found AMMO. NET to be fast and a reliable source.

With the shortages in Ammo I was very happy to receive what I was able to get. The ammo cycled and shot great. It was to bad there wasn't more of it.

This GD+P ammo is perfect. Measured 1120 fps from a 3.1" barrel P365 is awesome. Accuracy from the same gun at 15 yds is less than 1" for 5 shots. Ammo.com price, shipping and customer service is the best I have ever had. Incredibly the ammo shipped the same day that I ordered it. That level of service is unheard of in todays online retail market. Thank you Ammo.com, you will be my only source of future orders. Anyone reading this can trust Ammo.com with their order and quick shipping.

Good stuff! If you are using a suppressor expect a good amount of blow back thru the reciever. Works better in my non suppressed guns.

This is by far one of the best rated 9mm on the market and I won't carry anything else. Great penetration, even expansion and accurate. This is not cheap ammo, but if your using it for self-defense, why would anyone compromise. Price for a box of 50 is 30.00, best price I have seen since long before covid.

This is my go to for my main defense pistol, I trust it, its great quality, I have not had 1 malfunction with it, and its pretty accurate. Of course reading about it and the fact law enforcement uses and trust it helps as well.

The this is also what my department uses for duty ammo. Never had an issue with my duty pistol or any of my carry firearms. Works great in a scorpion too.

Eric said:
Bought this for a javelina hunt, used in my Ruger PC Carbine, worked flawlessly, near perfect expansion and it was stopped by the hide on the opposite side of the animal. No 9mm over penetration concerns based on my one round fired out of a carbine.

Speer Gold Dot are my favorite defense ammo (that's not ridiculously overpriced). I had not tried the +P type before now. The heavier slug and additional powder really do make a difference. I've already ordered some more of this stuff, in 9mm and .45 acp for my S&W Shield.

Shoots well through multiple platforms with and without suppressors in both semi and full auto….. No stove pipes or misfeeds in pistol, or rife. Good all around performance. Relatively quiet using HUXWRX 9mm TI suppressor

A number of large urban police departments have issued this round for duty in the past fifteen years, including Cincinnati, Ohio PD. They've had a fair number of deadly force incidents with it. It generally gives decent expansion and outstanding straight-line penetration, and does anything you might ask a duty or carry load to do quite well. One downside is that Winchester in the past several years has had some quality control problems. Another is that this round is not sealed or waterproofed in any way. Nonetheless at least when fired from full size duty pistols, it almost always expands in gelatin, even through a heavy clothing barrier. I don't think it is quite as consistent in its performance after hard barriers like automobile windshields as, for example, T-Series/Ranger-T, Gold Dot, or HST, but it's really very good. I don't think you can do much better for the money. Not so long ago it was available at Wal-Mart. I bought it cheap and stacked it deep back then. The carry gun is currently loaded with Winchester 147gr T-Series, but if premium 9mm defensive ammo were not available, I'd carry these without complaint.
