I shoot 130 silver tips they are the best knock down for my 270 they are hard to get now days

Bought 2 box's of xp 130 grain for deer season this year. I did shoot a Buck at 250 yards and a Doe at 170 yards using this ammo. Both deer dropped in their tracks and I was impressed with the knock down power and accuracy of the loads. My problem with these shells is that between the 2 box's I bought I have now fired 27 of the 40 rounds and have had 3 shells jam in my gun, 1 of which was out in the field while hunting. Fortunately it would have been my 2nd shot if it was needed. My rifle is a brand new Tika bolt action. I have also fired Remington and Hornady rounds through this gun at the range with no problems. I have had no problems with Winchester ammunition in the past, but this problem seems to be a quality control issue at Winchester. Hopefully they can solve the problem as otherwise I like the ammunition. Will not more for at least awhile due to the above issues.

While running these through my FN509Mid, they haven't jammed while ejecting, haven't hang fired, and haven't refused to feed. Overall, well made ammunition.

For a supressed weapon it is the best

Out of the 5 different 147gr. 9mm rounds I've shot through my suppressed sig p365 fuse, this has been my favorite by far. Clean burning and noticeably quieter than others. A little pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

A number of large urban police departments have issued this round for duty in the past fifteen years, including Cincinnati, Ohio PD. They've had a fair number of deadly force incidents with it. It generally gives decent expansion and outstanding straight-line penetration, and does anything you might ask a duty or carry load to do quite well. One downside is that Winchester in the past several years has had some quality control problems. Another is that this round is not sealed or waterproofed in any way. Nonetheless at least when fired from full size duty pistols, it almost always expands in gelatin, even through a heavy clothing barrier. I don't think it is quite as consistent in its performance after hard barriers like automobile windshields as, for example, T-Series/Ranger-T, Gold Dot, or HST, but it's really very good. I don't think you can do much better for the money. Not so long ago it was available at Wal-Mart. I bought it cheap and stacked it deep back then. The carry gun is currently loaded with Winchester 147gr T-Series, but if premium 9mm defensive ammo were not available, I'd carry these without complaint.

Flawless performance.

I haven't had a chance to practice with said ammo to date, but am confident it will meet my needs the next time I go out shooting.

I've never shot any other Winchester 9 MM other than FMJ, but the quality and performance have always been outstanding. It has always been a good value at Ammo.com, too.

My Spouse and I both use Winchester 124 Grain FMJ at the range. Of all the brands we've used for Target practice, we found it to be very reliable and accurate. Recently I used this particular round type during the break-in period for a new 9mm handgun. The handgun performed flawlessly right out of the box without a single failure. We both agree that this is our favorite go to 9mm Ammo, for use both on the range and for insuring frustration free break-in periods for new handguns.

These rounds have been fantastic in my Glock 19 and Glock 34, great price and value.

Overall the ammo (1000) performed well. The price was great, the delivery timely and only two mis-fires so far thru about 500 rounds.
