I am very pleased with their service, quick delivery and product. I have not experienced any issue with their product at the range. I highly recommend this website for all the above mentioned reasons.

I was glad to find that Ammo.com had plenty of stock of this ammo. I searched the net of a lot of places, their prices are very competitive.

I have not shot any of this batch or the batch prior, I haven’t even opened the boxes. I’m in high hopes I never have to open these boxes. I’ve used Federal 5.56 before and it is good stuff. Price is stiff, not as stiff as some I’ve seen. But then everything gun related is more expensive, isn’t it. Get it while the getting is good.
-
Doc said:
I guess a shortage in the ammo supply has driven the price up, as I found your ammo to be a bit more expensive than I had anticipated.. Regardless, the delivery time was exceptional & the ammo itself came in good condition and preformed well.

I have already recommended it, that being said, it is a bit pricey. But considering that there is such a shortage, I was happy to have it. I get a small disability check once a month, so, I'll have to save more money.

Ammo was well packed, but the tins came in a bit banged up. Ammo was clean in good shape but stripper clips showed moisture damage with minor rust making it hard to load with the speed loader. The cost was deffently high and go figure right after I ordered I found 1000rnds of loose pack 62gr lake city for the same price as one tin of 420rnds, but finding 556 ammo these days is deffently a gamble of finding it and its price! Hopefully all this Bull will be over soon!

Virtually unbeatable price coupled with a commitment to helping veterans and gun advocates... and I got my order in less than 72 hours. Great Job! AMMO.COM is. Ow my first stop for all Caliber needs.

The ammo arrived on my birthday and it was the highlight of my day. My order was filled and sent to me so fast I was pleasantly surprised. The cartridges are of the highest quality, not musty surplus like some folks are selling. Very happy, thank you.

My first time using the rifle I used this ammo. On a 10 inch dirty bird target I was able to land consistent groupings .I was able to land 59 out of 60 rounds in the 9 ring or better. The order was shipped and I received it on the third day. Service is excellent.

Fired about 100 rounds. No misfeeds, no duds, no significant accuracy loss over green-tips at 100yrds. I did notice that the spent casings actually eject a little differently (more to the rear and in a tighter grouping). This is actually nice for me because, when I fire federals, about 1/2 of the brass flies out the window of my shooting hut while the Wolf "brass" piles up in a neat little spot next to me on the inside of the hut. The price is right - highly recommended for plinking!

You have to keep your AR clean no matter what ammo you feed it. I would not use this ammo for hunting if I had better available, but if you're going to be humming through 300+ rounds on an afternoon, it's hard to beat. Very rare misfeeds.

Shot well from a Bushmaster m-4 and even better from a Savage Mod.10 heavy barrel. Pounding a spray paint can with every shot at 300 yards. Best price I've found for factory loaded rounds. Service was great. Arrived 3 days after order.

I have a Colt AR15, SP-1, which was the closest thing I could find to the M-16 I had in Vietnam. I also have a Ruger Mini-14 with a Bushnell red-dot. Both held their groups at 100 yards with this ammo. I shoot 5 shot 3" groups with both guns at that range on a bench without any support but my forearm. I shoot the SP-1 on a sandbag at 200 yards with the same group. The Ruger fall off badly at that range; gun's fault. Your ammo is fine. I can do better on the price but your service is good.

So in regards to this specific order, they did an amazing job as always. This company tends to ship things extremely fast, to the point I’m shocked at how they get it done that fast! What I do have to mention is how they did me a really huge favor without me, even knowing about it. I’m new to guns. So I’ve made a couple mistakes purchasing ammo. I purchased some steel core bullets, only to find out I could not shoot them at my range. Then just recently, and this is the order I want to speak about, I did it again. I ordered something called boattail ammo. I realized I couldn’t use that at my range either. So I called and asked to see if there’s any way to change it simply because I just put the order in. She looked and she said they’re pretty fast down there. And then the bad news, she said she wasn’t able to do anything about it. Well, I end up getting my order. Low and behold, she switched it out for the regular FMJ without even telling me. I was so grateful because I didn’t wanna have $1000 worth of ammo I couldn’t use. You guys have great customer service and I really appreciate all the help!

The Ammo performed great. Consistent groups and accuracy. I experienced zero failures in the 300 rounds I fired. I used the ammo in a 1/9 twist barrel and Zerroed and Primary Arms LPVO in just 12 rounds. Once zeroed my shots stayed withing the 300 meter silhouette center mass circle. I'm verry impresssd. I did know what to expect since I always use the higher grain green tip from winchester. Many say you need a 1/12 twist barrel to get good performance from this ammo; I disagree.

I just bought a Colt LE6920 5.65 caliber. The closest thing I ever shot was my M16 when I was in the Army during the Vietnam era -- a long time ago. So my review is not based on a comparison with any other ammo brand in this caliber. I bought Winchester because it is a known brand, is labeled for target use, and I feel it was available for a good price here on Ammo.com. I know there are some premium brands, which I will try eventually, and there are lots of brands I never heard of. Some of them may be good, I just don't know anything about them yet. I'm giving the Winchester 5.56 target ammo five stars in each category because my shots were consistently within one inch of the bullseye at 25 and 50 yards. That I hit the target at all at 100 yards I will count as okay because I didn't have a scope and I could just barely make out the 100-yard target with my not-so-good-as-when-I-was-20 eyesight. I qualified "sharpshooter" when I was in the Army, having missed "expert" by one shot. It makes me happy that this Colt M4 is as accurate, if not more so, than my Army M-16. Good ammo should give consistent results. This Winchester target brand delivers for me.

Good, cheap plinking ammo for your AR15 range toy… you will feel very dirty after burning thru this big ol box, almost as dirty as it will make your weapon so be prepared to clean and lube your pew pew afterwards! Practice safe shooting while at the range: no pulling out of your lane, try your best to keep your rounds center mass and fight the temptation to try head shots or facials on those silhouette targets!

This is steel cartridge cases, steel core bullets and they have been banned from all indoor ranges I have been to as the round fouls up the range backstop. The cases are also Berdan primed and cannot be used for reloading, same garbage as TulAmmo. If you want to recycle you'll have to shoot several tons to recycle the steel. NOT RE-LOADABLE. They shoot, had some failure to feeds, I will never buy Russian made garbage again.

Finally got to shoot some of this the other day. Worked well and shot consistant/accurate. No feeding or fire failures out of about 100 rounds in my BCM AR-15. I feel the price is a bit too high at this time.

This is excellent ammo. Velocity is up there, at least in my 20" barrel DTI ar 15. Kinda lucky to buy this cheap ammo and get it to shoot the way this stuff did. I love being able to buy metal cases as well as brass cases. The metal are non-reloadable and it's nice to just shoot these and not worry about looking after shooting. I worry about the future of buying ammo over the 'net in the future. Here in Illinois our great governor Quinn moves on every front to close the avenues to get ammo. Good Shooting to All

This ammo has proven to be the most accurate I've found out of a Remy 700 HB with a 1:12 twist. Had almost given up on accuracy with this rifle, but this load yielded 0.7 MOA (100 yds, calm day, off support).

I bought 1k rounds of steel cased .223 and it arrived in less than 48 hours. I know you aren’t “supposed” to shoot steel cased out of an ar15, but after about 500 rounds I’ve experienced zero problems. It’s hard to beat 35 cents per round.

I'm new to this, I bought this Russian ammo and Winchester $$ ammo. The accuracy in the same grain was exactly the same. This one is brass so you can use the range and explodes almost as safe as all brass but it's at least safer than all steel. Price is great, boxes and ammo and quality is great too. Not sure what dirtier means but after dozens of each, the gun was in the same need to get cleaned.

I have bought lots of 1,000 of this ammo 2-3 times. The first lot(s) were good. However, I started getting tons of split case necks about every 10th round with my most recent lot. This was with a 10.5" AR pistol and good quality P-mags. I had my local gunsmith look at the gun, and he couldn't find any issues, so presumably the culprit was the ammo. Not sure if they had some QC issues this year? I haven't written off Fiocci, but I'll probably wait a while until any bad ammo cycles through the market.

Well I am no expert about ammo, but I will say that this ammo was performing better than some more expensive products. fresh and snappy, good penetration and groupings 2"-3" @ 200-300 yds, mini-14 1-9 twist , similar to SS109 m855 but heavier Gr.
